It was a Friday now. Harry was in the back, writing furiously in his journal, writing down his ideas and fantasies involving Louis. He even started to write the beginning of a dream date night when Louis flung himself in a chair beside him, breathing hard with flushed cheeks.

Harry had to try hard not to imagine dirty images, this was a sigh of exhaustion. He closed his brown leather journal and bookmarked his page with his string attached firmly to the book. He turned to give his undivided attention to Louis, a bit of worry floating in his deep green eyes.

"Are you okay?" He asked him, eyebrows furrowed as he examined him. He thought he saw a fading bruise on his wrist but it disappeared as soon as Louis sat up to straighten himself up.

"Yeah, just tried to get here early." He easily lied and avoided his eyes, setting his books down on his desk and opening them up to distract his busy mind. He still hasn't seen Mark a day later, he relieved but this is getting exhausting.

He needed to end this relationship before he got really hurt. He was going to stop avoiding him, he was going to just break up with him. He had no reason to stay. He wouldn't be lonely, he'd have Harry. Even if he couldn't have Harry like he wanted, he had a good friend , someone to talk to.

Harry didn't question him, he sighed deeply and turned to his journal, writing even more until the bell rung for class.

The day ended quicker than Louis hoped, he didn't want to face Mark at all. He cautiously went through the hallways and packed his things for homework before leaving the school building, hurrying to his car. He would do it over text, he was too scared to do it in person.

He found a sticky note on his locker before leaving, cream coloured.

"Don't frown, someone as beautiful as you shouldn't wear such terrible clothing, a frown doesn't look right on you. At all! So smile, beauty! Have an amazing day!"

It made him a bit better to see but he didn't read it yet, focused solely on getting the hell out of there. He didn't even get to say goodbye to Harry but he was way too afraid to search for him.

He drove home, his palms sweaty and mind racing but he opens the window wide and takes deep breaths to calm down, letting his music calm his nerves. Once safely home, he sighed, never so happy to be back home.

He waved at his little sister, Tesla, who was knitting blue socks, and jumped on the couch next to her; laying his head on her lap as she huffed and moved her knitting away from his head to do it correctly. She was startled at all, Louis does this all the time.

Louis laughed a bit and stuck his tongue out at her, he tapped her shoulder for her to look up and lifted his hands to sign something.

"Is mum here?" He signed and smiled when she nodded her head.

"Where's Florence?" He signed again, surprised to not have heard the loud girl by now.

Tesla huffed again from being interrupted and sat down her knitting to sign back, "Sleeping. She was suspended for fighting for me today and she cried and fell asleep in my bed." She said, facial expressions changing on certain words.

Louis opened his mouth to an 'O' and frowned a bit. He sat up and kissed her cheek, "I love you. I'll check up on her," he signed and left her to knit in peace.

Louis wasn't surprised by Flora's behavior, she was only 9, but very headstrong. She would sass anyone who even made a face wrong at her older sister, being very protective of the quiet girl.

The boy greeted his mum as he pasted her room. He went to Tesla's room where Florence was. He sat on the bed and rubbed her back softly, "Flora, flora, you okay?" He asked her gently.

She seemed to be out cold, he sighed, she was a deep sleeper. He'd just check up later. He left the room and went to his own for homework.

Only 30 minutes later he heard his phone start to repeatedly buzz. He quickly grabbed  it  confused until his heart stopped at the sight of Mark's name with multiple text messages telling him to "Open the fucking door!" because Mark was there.

He didn't even get the chance to break it off, but I guess there's no better time than now. Louis rolled his eyes sarcastically at his thoughts.

Louis cursed under his breath and acted fast, he got up and paced his blue carpet before shaking his head and heading to his closet. He grabbed a spare bookbag and unzipped it, not wasting time to stuff favourite clothes from his drawers into his bag.

' Yeah, if you thought I was facing this head on, you're crazy.' He thought. Changing his mind last minute.

The petite boy was done in a minute  or two when he heard knocking downstairs, he opened his window and cursed himself again as he climbed/slid down a pipe connected to his house, phone in back pocket and bag on his back.

His hands burned a bit but he took it and hopped down, thankful for not weighing much. He could hear the knocking loud and clear now. He took his phone from his back pocket. He couldn't leave a banging Mark at his house disturbing his family even though Tea was the only one in the living room and couldn't hear him. So he quickly texts him.

'Not home, out at dinner with family'

He hears the knocking stop followed by loud curses. He watches him walk away, his car not in sight.

He ran away from the house, not being seen as he crouched in the bushes, calling the only contact he could think of. The phone picked up after one ring.

"Harry? Harry, hey, uh, very short notice but," Louis crosses a street, still running. "-can I come over?" He asked  and prayed that he said yes.

Harry was quite surprised at the sudden call and worried what the hell Louis was doing, though he could sense the urgency in his voice.

"Yeah. Yeah, love. You okay?" He asked him, worried. He was just reading before answering.

Louis thanked God, "Thank you so much! Be there soon!" He asked him, stopping to sit on a bench when he thought he was far enough.

"See you soon!" Harry told him, starting to get off his bed to spruce his room up though it looked flawless.

Louis smiled, "Bye!" He hung up and started walking down the block in one direction, turning right and heading to Harry's place.
