Another Clichè Zombie Story ... or is it? :3

It's twenty eighteen. A disease started in North America and suddenly everyone was turning into fresh-craving creatures that seemed a lot like the fabled zombie from horror stories. Survivors fled, travelling to Australia - because nothing ever happens there - until the infected died out from lack of food.

Only someone had been bitten. It takes three days for the disease to take action. And it only took a week for almost the whole of Australia to become like North America. Most of the inhabitants fled to near-by islands. But those that couldn't stay and fought, tried to outrun the zombies, or found safe places to be.

A seventeen year old girl has had to survive on her own. And she's made an odd discovery. Not all the zombies are as they seem. And along with some strange companions, she discovers a strange plot, and joins a 'rebellion' of sorts to stop the apocalypse.

This isn't a cliché zombie story ... or is it? That's for you to decide.

I will upload the prologue very shortly. I am almost finished the book and I'm very excited!! I'll also be writing a second book, though it doesn't have a title. So, I'd love to have some ideas from everyone on that.

This novel is probably my most favourite at the moment, and I hope it's as successful as Lori and Apples.

This here is just a teaser, and I hope to get some feedback from people ^^

(Note** Very important that I forgot to add ... whoops :/ Right, anyway, the language in here is quite ... well, the characters are Australian lol so there will be a lot of offensive language used! If you're easily offended by words, please don't read this. If you do, do NOT complain to me about the language, because I will hear none of it. Now, if you don't mind the language, look passed it. And read more into what Phil says ... she's actually quite the insightful little bugger haha XD so please ... yeah, beware of the offencive language.)

Okay ... I'm aware of how much swearing is in this. Once I finish the book (I have three or so chapters left! Eek so excited!) I'm going to edit it and take out the swearing ... maybe not all of it, but a lot of it. I know Australians swear a lot ... maybe we swear too much. But I'm going to take out a lot of it and maybe keep it only in the dialogue, and switch the cursing for less offencive words. And before anyone asks, no, it's not because I've been having complaints. The comment line is pretty much dead. I think the chord was cut ... that was a joke. Not funny, I know. Stand up comedy has been crossed off "Career Idea List".

So anyway, hold on for now if the cursing is annoying you, it shall disappear soon.

My regards, Phil

The journey awaits ...
