The Inevitable Underground

Our Story Begins

Just as Frisk climbed the mountain, she heard someone behind her, it was her father, she turned around to look at him but he had a gun pointed towards her, she turned back around and started running. When he pulled the trigger, the bullet managed to hit her in the left leg as she just finished climbing the mountain, this caused her to fall down, and slide down into the hole that led to the underground. She managed to hold onto a vine before looking back up at her father aiming at her, he shot at it hit Frisk's right arm as she let go and fell. She hit the ground unconscious, a couple hours later she wakes up, and tries to get up but falls back down with excruciating pain in her right arm and left leg. She screamed in pain for help but after a few minutes didn't hear anyone, she tried to get back up and fell again, and passed out from the pain. "Asriel did you hear something like not even five minutes ago? It sounded like someone needed help?" "No I didn't Chara here I'll go see, can you tell me where you heard it coming from? Chara nods and said "it sounded like it came from over there." She points towards the door that they both walked through when Asriel met Chara. "Ok thanks, you stay here making crowns for mom and king dad, while I go and check what that noise was." Chara returns to what she was making before, after five minutes she heard Asriel call for her. She ran through the door and saw Asriel sitting down and checking a human's body, "Chara can you help me carry her back to the house so mom can heal her?" After looking at her all I could think was "she's been shot, might of been stabbed as well, ugh this is no time for my hate on humanity, when she needs help, and what if she's one of the nicer humans?" She slowly nods and helps carry her to their house, Chara and Asriel set her down and Asriel went inside to get Toriel, after a few minutes they both come out and Toriel looks towards her and starts using her magic to heal her. After about fifteen minutes or so Toriel told both of them to carry her into the house and on one of the beds. After that was done Asriel said "I thought you hated humanity?" Chara shot a glare at him and said "I do, but after seeing what happened to her, it looked like the same thing that happened to me." Asriel nods and said "what happened to you on the surface?" Chara sighed and said "I don't want to talk about it, let's just say the condition you saw her in but worse." They both walk out and meet Toriel and she said "once she wakes up, she'll probably be scared so I want you Chara to go and check on her first and after she calms down Chara call for Asriel to go in and meet her, then I'll come in and greet her, by the way I'm making pie for our new guest." They both nod and sit on the couch and colour. After a few hours pass Chara goes and checks on their guest and sees that she is awake and she says "o you're awake." "Hello I'm Frisk where am I exactly?" "Well Frisk your in our house when me and my brother found you, we saw that you were hurt so we carried you here and let our mom heal you, do you want to meet my brother?" "Sure" Chara nods and yells for Asriel, Asriel walks in slowly and said "howdy I'm Asriel it's nice to meet you." "Hello Asriel I'm Frisk, by the way thank you both for carrying me to this house and helping me." They both say you're welcome Frisk, Toriel walks in with three slices of butterscotch cinnamon pie and said "greetings my child, how are you feeling?" "I'm feeling fine thanks to all of you, by the way my name is Frisk it's nice to finally meet someone nice." Chara thinks " hmm so it does seem like what happened to me on the surface the savages treated her the same way aswell." "Mom, bro, can you two leave for a few minutes so I can chat with her alone please?" They both nod and leave and Chara just said "can you tell me what those savages did to you on the surface?" "Sorry I can't, i don't want to think about it" Chara nods and said "do you want to know what they did to me on the surface?" "Sure" Chara nods and raises her sweater to show her back and arms. Frisk looked at her and couldn't find words to say. Chara said can you at least tell me how you got bullet wounds inside your left leg and right arm?" Frisk nods and said "When I was climbing the mountain my father had a gun pointed towards me and shot it as I got to the top of the mountain which made me slide inside the hole, I tried to hold onto one of the vines that were on the edge of the cave, but I lost my grip and fell that's when the second bullet hit me in my arm." Frisk starts crying and Chara comforts her after she calms down Chara moves towards the door and said "eat your pie and if you need me I'll be right outside the door." Frisk nods and starts to eat her pie, after finishing Chara comes back in and Frisk said "can you help me try to walk again? I don't want to fall again" Chara nods Frisk leans on Chara and helps her go and sit on the couch in the front room. Toriel said "ah it's good to see you awake my child, did Chara treat you well?" Frisk nods and Toriel replies "ah that's good, you're lucky you're on her good side then, because she has this hate for humanity but it's good to know that She sees good inside you." Chara laughs and said "Well thanks mom, o yeah by the way can me and Asriel go into Snowdin to see if we can get clothes for Frisk and maybe a bed?" "Sure my child that's a wonderful idea." They leave and now it's only Frisk and Toriel there. Toriel said "well my child what are your favourite colors?" "Blue and magenta or purple, why do you ask?" "O no reason I was just going to make you something so you're not cold when you go out." A few hours later Chara and Asriel return, Chara said "so I couldn't get a bed because they were sold out and here we got you some jeens, some pjs, and a phone." "Thank you but where am I going to sleep?" Chara said "you can use my bed I'll just sleep with Asriel tonight." Frisk nods and yawns "ok it's getting late you three off to bed now. They nod and they go to their bedroom and sleep.
