CHAPTER ONE - Were The Hell Did The Ginger Go

"Hey Mrs. Madhira. Sorry I'm late." She looks up at me running through the door. "The bus arrived at 7:43. Not much time to get up the stairs."

"I'll excuse you this time but next time you get detention." I sigh and drop my stuff on the floor next to a desk in the back. In this class room, the desks are pushed together in pairs. I look who I was sitting next to. THE Percy Jackson. Now every single girl and gay person who are not in a relationship has a crush on Percy. He was on the Goode swim team. Not just on it, he was the team captain. He has no friends except a girl Rachel. She just happens to be in my art class and sat next to me on the first day of school. We ended up being good friends. She disappeared a week ago if has not even texted me. I

Wait back to Percy, raven black hair, hey! My name is Raven! Sorry, he has raven black hair and sea green eyes and he had dimples when he smiled. He was cute. Sure, but that does not mean I'm crushing on him. Those feelings are reserved for my friend Emma. I slid a note over to him. Our conversation went like this:

Great three more periods. SHIT! Did we have homework for science. As the bell rings, I fly out of the class room and down the stair well. Let me explain. Goode High has four floors. The gym, pool and locker rooms are on floor one. They are built into a hill. Floor two has a science class room, auditorium, music rooms (band, orchestra and choir.), library, and lunch room. Third and fourth floors are just class rooms. I run down to the gym. Percy close on my heals. We have almost all the same classes. We have separate electives.

PERCY POV

Raven runs out of the class room and down to the gym, I follow suit. You do NOT want to get on Coach Hughes' bad side. I get down there with four minutes to spare I go into the locker rooms and take out a drachma. In the spray of the shower I IM Rachel.

"Hey kelp head, what's up?"

"What do I tell your friend? She knows you are not sick!"

"RAVE! OH SHIIITTTT!"

"WHAT?!!"

"I forgot to dive her a chocolate bar that's in my locker."

"Why is that such a big deal?"

"It's Hershey's Mint chocolate!"

"O-kay... What do I tell her?"

"That I went to camp."

"Without telling her? What about the mist?"

"It does not work on her."

"Demigod or clear sighted?"

"Can't tell. Tell her the truth I mean even if she is a mortal with being clear sighted she'll start seeing myths." A door creaked. Our eyes widened and Rachel slashed her hand through the IM.

The day passes slowly and lunch has soon dawned upon us.

I ended not being able to talk to Raven during lunch because we both got lunch club for forgetting our home work for science.

After school, I saw her yelling at a girl. I think their name was Eve, Eva, no, Emma. I knock on the reading rooms door. Emma walks over.

"Hi... why are you talking to losers like us?"

"I need to talk to Raven."

"Raven, popular wants to beat you to pulp." Emma call to a fuming Raven.

"Actually, she wants to beat me to pulp." I intertwine.

"Is this about Rachel?" I nod, "I am goanna go wait in your car." She informs us and walks out.

Truthfully, I wished she came back to calm down Raven when I tell her the news. Closing the door behind me I walk into the small "class room". Basically, it's for the kids who are mentally challenged. I always hated coming in here. By Raven's posture I could assume she did to.

"Explain." He voice was stern but gravely, cold but it felt like I was being burned alive when she spoke.

"Greek gods are real." How blunt are you there Percy? Now she's goanna call the police and send me to an asylum. Let's just say she surprised me.
"YEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WAS NOT GOING CRAZY!!! THIS IS THE BEST FUCKING DAY IN MY LIFE!!! Is that why Rachel always surrounded in green mist?" She fell onto her knees her straight hair falling out of her face giving a clear view of her eyes. Her sea green eyes. Just like mine.
