Chapter 27- Day Before The Big Day

Your POV

There is one more day til the wedding and I'm dreading that day honestly, I hate being controlled by my mother, my father is no help either he agrees with my mother all the time. They are no parents to me, they lost me a long time ago.

My mom wanted me to get closer to Chanyeol before the wedding so I had to spend the whole day with him. Namjoon didn't like that idea but there was nothing he could do about it until tomorrow.

I got ready to go meet up with Chanyeol, "Be safe and try to avoid skin contact, if he tries to touch you I will personally kill him." Namjoon says giving me a kiss. I smiled and nodded my head. My outfit was almost exactly the same as yesterday but I didn't care. I left the hotel room after saying goodbye to Namjoon.

I went to the parking lot and got into my car and started it up. I put on my seat belt and started driving. Chanyeol wanted us to meet up at the park which I didn't mind the only thing I cared about was him being there.

I parked my car a block away from the park, I got out and locked the doors. I put in my headphones and started walking. I saw him sitting on a bench look at the pond. I walked up to him after taking out my earbuds. "Let's get this day over with.." I said while crossing my arms. He jumped a bit and looked over at me. "My my (Y/N) don't scare me like that!" He said getting up and going over to me. "I can do whatever I want now let's go." I said before walking away leaving him behind. "Is someone in a bad mood today~" He said reaching to grab my cheeks. I grabbed his hand, twisted his arm around and tripped his legs causing him to fall to the ground. He groaned in pain, I got on my knee and leaned down in his ear while I twisted his arm even more, "Don't even think about touching me, I don't want you're filthy hands anywhere near me.." I growled angrily. I let go of him and stood up and started walking again.

"Well well when did you get so strong, you were so helpless before now you're so independent and strong.." He said catching up to me.

I was taught by a friend before I moved to Korea so I can defend myself against people like you." I snapped. "You should stop with that temper already you can't act like that when we're going to get married.~" He said "I'd rather die than marry you, I don't love you and I never will!" I said starting to get angry. "Oh come in who else would love you? You secret boyfriend Namjoon a BTS member?" Chanyeol laughed. "You think I didn't know about him? I know everything about you (Y/N) don't think you can get away from me now~" He said creepily.

~end of the day~

Thank god today is done with I thought it would never end! I didn't even bother saying goodbye to Chanyeol and honestly I didn't want to, I went to my car and unlocked it.  I got in and started it up. I text Namjoon that I was on my way back to the hotel. I started driving, it was during rush hour so there was a lot of traffic. I kept myself occupied and calm by turning on the radio and listening to some music. I pulled off a busy road when I noticed a pair of headlights behind me. I got a bit paranoid. So I started turning down some roads. The car was still following me though. I pulled over to the side of the road, I locked my doors and called Namjoon. "Hey babe why did you call did something happen?" He questioned worriedly. "There is a car following me and I don't want to go back to the hotel, I pulled over at the side of the road and they did the same thing." I said trying to keep calm.

"Where are you right now?" He asked me. "I'm like a few blocks away from the hotel." I said as I look in the review mirror to find the car door opening. "Someone is getting out of the car..." I said trying to keep my voice steady. "I'm on my way babe just stay in the car and lock all the doors. Once they close enough I want you to start driving so you can loose them, meet me a few blocks away from the hotel and we can call a taxi to get back." He said. "I'm scared Joonie.." I said looking at the car in back of me.

The person got out of the car and looked over my way, I knew it was a man just by how tall the person was. He started walking slowly over to the car he started tapping on all the windows making my spine tingle and my heart start pounding. He knocked on my window with something medal. I couldn't make out the object but I didn't want to sit around and wait to find out. I quickly put my car in drive and drove off quickly. I looked behind me to find no one following me, I noticed Namjoon in front of a building so I pulled over. I turned off the car and got out.

Once he saw me he immediately ran over towards me and engulfed me into a hug, "I was so scarred, I didn't know what to do.." I said hugging him tightly. "It's okay everything is okay now. I'm sorry that you had to deal with that alone." He said.

We called for a cab and got driven back to the hotel, we walked into the hotel room. I sat on my bed exhausted on what happened today. But I know tomorrow won't be any easier it will only get more difficult.
