Snake In The Grass

Dan's pov: 

Me and Y/N were watching a film. (Favourite film) it was her favourite. She was so cute. After that, we decided to go to sleep we were both really tired. Especially me I was knackered, I woke up cuddling Y/N I quickly put a shirt on and walked to the kitchen. I made pancakes for Y/N and Phil.    I was there for about 5 minutes when I hear someone come down the stairs. I turned around it was Y/N. "Good morning" I said cheerily. "Wow so energetic I'm like a weird robot!" She said weakly. "How long have you been up for?" She added. "Uh about 5 minutes" i replied. "What are you making there Daniel!" She said laughing a little. "Pancakes!" I replied. "Oh Dan you're my hero!" She said walking over to me. "I know!" I said pouring the liquid into the pan and spreading it out. 

"Ooh can I flip it!" She said excitedly. "Go ahead" I said handing her the pan. She looked at it carefully and threw it into the air. She let out a little scream and it went in the pan. "Yay" we both cheered. I put the pancake on the plate and set it out on the table. Y/N made another pancake and then she put the bowl aside, grabbed a handful of flower and wiped it on my pyjama shirt. She giggled "you're on Y/N" I said competitively. I grabbed some flour and put it all on her hair. "Oh no not the hair" she moaned. I laughed, she got a handful and put it on my face and started wiping it around. "Mmmm flour yes" she said trying not to laugh. I grabbed a little pile of flour on the palm of my hand and blew it in her face. She wiped it from her eyes and said "now we are even".

She wiped all the flour of her face. I forgot mine was still on. She was looking out of the window, admiring London. I span her round held her by her waist and When I went to kiss her she backed off. "Dannnnnn" she said. "What?" I replied confused. "You've still got flour on your face!" She said giggling. "Oh yeah!" I replied laughing. I quickly washed it off my face, I looked over at Y/N she was drinking her (coffee/tea). "We need to have a shower" I said laughing. "You go first Dan" she said. "You sure?" I said. She nodded. "Thanks your an angel" I replied giving her a kiss. I walked up the stairs when Phil came out of his bedroom. "What the hell happened to you" Phil said laughing. "Y/N is in the same mess ask her. I'm taking a shower" I said walking toward the bathroom.

When I got out of the shower I stood at the top of the hallway and went to go downstairs then I heard Phil and Y/N talking. Well it was Phil doing all the talking... I peeked my head around the corner so I could see them. She was watching the TV. Phil was nudging her saying "come on you love him don't you!" He said. She was trying to ignore him in the friendliest way possible "come on its easy to see" he added. I walked down the stairs "Phil stop attacking Y/N" I said. Phil turned around and smiled. We all sat down and ate our breakfast together. When we had all finished I decided to wash up. "Are you sure you don't want me to do the washing" She said, honestly she must have asked this like 100th time. "Yes babe I'm sure now sit down" I said. "Okay then" she said.

When I finished washing up, I sat down next to Phil. Y/N was watching the Sherlock on the TV. Phil whispered in my ear "do you love her Dan?" . "Shutup" I whispered back laughing a little. "What are you whispering about?" Y/N joked. "Well Dan was telling me how he lo-" I cut Phil off. Her phone was ringing. She picked it up. "Oh hi Frank how are you?" She exclaimed cheerily while walking out of the room. She was talking to him for like 15 minutes when she came back in on her phone. She sat down next to me "who's frank?" Phil asked. "Oh my best friend since primary school" she exclaimed happily. "Did you two date?" Phil said. "Phil!" I exclaimed. "Nah we didn't, we were both in relationships" I said. "So you would have if you weren't dating someone else " I said.

Y/N POV: 

"I don't know really I never thought of it that way" I replied. I couldn't tell them we once dated because I felt it was the best thing to do. We both agreed to stay friends after we broke up and it wasn't awkward at all. He was touring with his band my chemical romance so we hadn't spoke to eachother for like 3 weeks. It felt nice to speak with him again. Frank invited me for lunch so I was going tomorrow. "I'm going out about 1:30 tomorrow if that's alright" I said. "Sure where are you going?" Phil asked. "Going for lunch with Frank" I said looking at my phone. "On your own...." Phil said. "Yeah" I said innocently. "Isn't that sort of a date." dan said softly. "No Dan, it's just two friends hanging out. Besides I've got you and he's no where near as hot as you" I said flirtatiously.
