Batman Discovers Starkid

"Holy Musical Batman!" Robin called from the Batcave. "Come check this out Bruce!" Dick Greyson was seated in front of the Batcave's computer, staring at an article from a report in Chicago, a city not to far from Gotham City.

 "What is it Dick?" Bruce called from under the Batmobile. He rolled out from under it covered in grease.

"There seems to be a group of people who call themselves Starkids...or Dikrats, I keep getting that too. But thats not the point! The point is, that they've written a play about you! And me! And Alfred is in it too! Come look at this!" Dick repeated again. Bruce sighed and got up from under the Batmobile. He went to go look at the computer, where it seemed Dick was right. Someone had written a play, no a musical!, about him! He frowned slightly.

"So? Let people go and make fun of me. It doesn't matter," he said.

"But I want to see it Bruce! Can't we go, please!?" Dick asked.

"No! We've got more important things to do. The Batjet still isn't up and operating and the Batmobile is broken down!" Bruce snapped. Dick frowned and crossed his arms over his chest.

"Alfred will just take me than!" Dick snapped back. Bruce groaned.

"Alright! We'll go to Chicago and see these Dikrats put on their dumb musical about us!" Bruce said, throwing his arms up in defeat. Dick smiled and jumped up from his seat in front of the computer, running out of the Batcae to go to tell Alfred that tomorrow they were going to see a musical.

Bruce, Dick and Alfred arrived at the theatre in Chicago the next night. Alfred followed Dick, who raced ahead to get in line for snacks. Bruce rolled his eyes and found their seats. Dick and Alfred finally found the seats, just as the lights were blinking.

"Master Bruce, do you know anything about this show besides that its about us?" Alfred asked. Bruce shook his head.

"Ask Boy Wonder over here," he said, gesturing to Dick as the lights dimmed.

"Shh!" Dick said. "Its starting! This is going to be great!"

If you're wondering as to why they sound a little cheesy, its because I'm basing their characters more on the old, old T.V. show with Adam West and Burt Ward.
