So there I was minding my own business cleaning up my cabin because it was a mess. You wouldn't believe it, it was insane like there papers, books, clothes scattered everywhere, but I am getting side tracked. I was minding my own business when, you wouldn't believe who, Thalia! Burst into my cabin arguing with Annabeth about something.
"You have to you can't say no this is important!" Annabeth pleaded to Thalia,
"Um, hello I am right here you know. I can hear you." I said trying to get their attention and ask,
"Why are you guys in my cabin and, why is Thalia here? Isn't she supposed to be off with the hunters and Artemis?" I asked very confused,
"Well Chiron asked me to come here for a very important quest that I am aparently crucial to." Thalia replied sounding a little annoyed like she would rather be with the hunters.
"Then why are you in my cabin, to say goodbye." I asked still confused
"No seaweed brain, we are here to get you, you are part of this quest as well." Annabeth replied like it was obvious
"Well what are we waiting for lets go." I said sounding a little more enthusiastic than I intended,
"You were asking dumb questions." Annabeth exclaimed, I couldn't think of a comeback so I just settled for
"let's go." While giving Annabeth the evil eye. When we got to the big house Chiron was standing there looking very grim like somebody had just died. Nico was there to, didn't see that coming, Nico rarely comes to visit camp.
"Percy, this quest is dangerous. You will be gone from camp for seven years ..." Chiron started to say, but he was interrupted because he just said that we would be gone for SEVEN YEARS
"WHAT! You mean to say that we will be gone from camp f-for s-seven years!" Annabeth basically yelled. I had never heard her stutter before
"Yes you will be gone for seven years, but only in your prospective..." Again Chiron started to speak was interrupted
"What do you mean only in our prospective." Nico asked
"I was about to explain, only in your prospective because you four are crucial to have around." Chiron was saying
"Sir I hate to interrupt, but how am I needed around here?" Thalia asked obviously confused.
"Thalia, You are needed with the hunters they need a leader, all will make sense soon. That is why the gods have enchanted the quest, so that when you get back from your quest every year will have past as one minute here. You will have to travel to the future. to reach the correct point in time. No one knows who you are except The headmaster Dumbledoor, the game keeper Hagrid, and The Transfiguration teacher Proffesor McGonagall. " Chiron explained
"Will we be able to send you Iris messages?" I asked,
"I am afraid I do not know, you may try but there is no telling what you will see." Chiron's answer wasn't what I had hoped to hear but then again almost nothing is what I hope to hear.
