hayes and i were just hanging out at the beach when he gets a call.
"i.. uh gotta take this." he says with a nervous expression. he walks away leaving me confused.
"hey babe. whats a hot girl like you doing at the beach alone." a guy says sitting next to me.
"actually. my boyfriend is right over there. so you can leave." i shoot back.
"calm down babe. just trying to have some fun." he say putting his arm around me.
"one. stop calling me babe. two. move your arm. three. get the hell away from me." i say moving away.
he grabs my arm and pulls me into him.
"what are you -" i say but he interrupts me by kissing me.
"WHAT THE HELL!?" i scream pushing him off me. "I HAVE A BOYFRIEND!"
he slapped me. "i was just trying to have fun." he said laughing. then he walked away leaving me crying.
i look around waiting for hayes to come to my side. i roll my eyes and head back to the condo.
i see hayes sitting on the couch watching spongebob.
"thanks for coming back." i murmer sitting next to him.
"hayes? whats wrong?" i say moving closer.
"i dont know. i just saw my girlfriend kissing another guy." he said staring at the tv.
"you werent there. you wouldnt know what happened." i say rolling my eyes.
"what happened? explain this to me." he said looking at me.
i explained what happened and tears came to my eyes.
"he slapped me. because i didnt kiss him back." i say crying into my hands.
"WHERE IS THIS GUY? HE HURT MY GIRLFRIEND." he screamed.
"hayes... calm down." i say slightly smiling. he takes me into his arms.
"im sorry i wasnt there." he says kissing my head.
"who was on the phone?" i ask him.
"nobody." he said a little to quickly.
"nobody my ass." i say getting up.
"it was your mom..." he said looking down.
"why..?" i question.
"nash and hailey where in a mdhh jsnsbs.." he said.
"a what..?" i reply.
"car crash..." he replys.
"wh.. what...?" i say tears filling my eyes.
"WE NEED TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL!!!!" i scream dragging him out the door.
i start the car and we start to head to the hospital.
