I should be updating a chapter last friday but after I reread it, I realize that I wrote it in all english lol hahaha jusq nadala ako sa daloy ng pagiging englishero ng mga characters ko.

So ayun nga kailangan ko pang magsingit ng mga Filipino line kasi dudugo ilong ko once di ko nagawa XD

It isn't over yet. I watch as Ash quickly stand up on his feet and glance to the van's direction. I force my feet up even though my knees were trembling.

Tiisin mo lang muna Rebecca, malalampasan mo din ang kung ano man ang nangyayari ngayun.

"They're coming for us, am I right?" -I asked Ash as the van reverse and started heading to our direction. I took a deep breath, bracing myself for the next horrible thing that would happen.

"That's for sure." -Ash answered flatly. "Run" -was all I heard from him after he took my hand to his, gripping it tightly, and we dash for a run. My adrenaline rush quickly inside my body as we kept running away from the enemy.

It was starting to dark, there was no sign of sun visible in the sky, and the highway's streetlight are the only one producing a light. The headlights of the van ofcourse keeps reminding us that we are still being chased.

"They're gonna catch up soon!" -I shouted, my breathing becoming heavier for me to handle.

"Well then keep up your pace!" -he shouted. My knees are going to surrender anytime soon. This is tragic. Ash is still pulling me for a run and he doesn't seem to have any problem on getting tired. This is how unfair life is, how come he was so physically strong?

We kept running away into the dark and empty road. There's no sign of any vehicle passing by, which scared me more.

Who would rescue us then?

I can feel my body going fatigue and about to slow down but as I can feel the tightness of Ash hands on mine, I wasn't planning to stop. We need to get away.

A gunshot rang to my ear causing me to jolt. I felt my hearing went numb for a second. "Ash" -I whispered through my teeth as I tremble hard. Ash noticed my poor state and pulled me closer to him as we run. I glance back to the van and my eyes widen in horror as I see a man aiming his gun to us. He shoot and I shrink to Ash side, the bullet didn't hit us. That was freaking deadly close.

"They can't follow us in the forest." -Ash said before turning us away from the path. We made our way to the forest.

A gunshot was heard again and I yelp as it hit the tree we just pass by. "Why are they so desperate to kidnap me?!" -I shout in frustration as Ash and I push through the forest.
