The fool is a lonely soul seeking the five senses
and the experiences it brings on person's shallow self
trying to guess the hazy future that looks like a zero
baked in a half-naked truth and half-clothed lies
People may like the knowing of the unknown without
the knowing of the self and the true essence
of the reasons left behind by giant minds of the old
and their knowledge trying to be plucked out in existence
of our mind's eye. The child's laughter and its playfulness
are embodied in his stretch trying to push the world
like packets of dots and odds showing its holy madness
and crazy wisdom in this upside down reality we are living
He may pack a small possession on his back which
little it may seem but sufficient for all the things he needs.
The flower in his hands are the scent of the world
and how he likes the natural beauty each mundane
things bring and the fancy it holds on the allure of our selves
but alas, he is accompanied by a mutt trying to look playful
and cute distracting him of the real truth the might plunge him
to the abyss unknown where he would shrink once he place
one foot more on the ledge of time and reason.
I don't know if the mutt is a good or a bad warning
for the fool trying to reach his dreams constantly
nipping at his feet, pulling and sometimes running around
to stumble upon it sometimes. Would it be better to kick
him out of place? Or to kick him out of its wits?
Or better yet eat him like a dog in hotdog where the term
may have come, I guess it would be a good lunch before
the fool plunges into the precipice of his existence.
No matter what its plunge may go...
upwards, downwards or sideways both...methinks
its a good way to start a journey jolly it can be
I guess, the oblivion is a good way to start a journey
because if we know what would the outcome be,
the trip is just like sipping an overzealous tea,
boring, stale and finally lacking in pun and fancy.
