Descendants in the Future

Chapter 11

*time skip 2 months after*
No One's POV
    It was 4am and Mal woke up. The sudden, but familiar urge to vomit woke her from her slumber. She ran to the bathroom and started to puke. Ben heard the sounds and woke up too. He walked to the bathroom and held Mal's hair off her face as liquid continued to pour out violently. Once Mal was done, Ben handed her a tissue paper to wipe her mouth which she gladly accepted. She looked up and saw a worried Ben staring at her.
    "Ben? What's wrong?" Mal put her hand on his shoulder.
    "Mal, you face is pale. I think you're sick, I'll take you to the doctors." Ben pulled Mal by the hand towards the room door. Mal, however, stopped him.
    "Babe, I'm always pale. Besides, it's what, 4am? No clinic is open, and I'm fine." Just as Mal completed her sentence, she rushed to the bathroom once again as she vomited . Ben held her hair and rubbed her back soothingly. Ben was more worried than ever. They went back to sleep after Mal was sure that she wassn't going to puke again. Well, Mal went to sleep in Ben's strong arms. Ben couldn't fall asleep. He was too anxious and worried for his wife.
    The alarm rang and the couple woke up. It was 7.30am and time to send the kids to school. Marley (now 6),whos in first grade, goes to Auradon Elementary which was Mal's idea. Bryan (now 5) goes to Auradon Kindergarten and Preschool, Ben's idea this time. Megan (now 3) goes to preschool there as well.
    Ben woke the kids while Mal made breakfast which were pancakes. After the kids ate and got dressed, Mal tied the girls' hair and comed Bryan's.
    "Mama, why so early?" Megan asked.
    "Sweetie, we're going to pick up Aunt Evie's kids as well. Go get your bag and put on your shoes." Mal replied.
    "Kids come on! Time to go!" Ben called out.
    As we went outside, our driver Taylor was already there with the limo. He opened the door for the kids and held it until Mal got in.
Mal's POV
    "Queen Mal" Taylor, our driver said to me as he held the door open.
    "Taylor, thank you." I replied and got in. He nodded in response and shut the door. Ben got in the front seat. I buckled Bryan in and Marley did her seatbelt herself. I strapped Megan in her carseat and buckled myself in. Soon, Taylor drive us to Evie's castle which wasn't that far.
    "King Ben, Queen Mal, we've arrived. Taylor told us. He's so professional. He held the door for me as I took Megan out of the carseat. I got out if the car with her while Ben took care of the older kids.
    *knock knock*
    Evie opened the door and smiled. "Hey E! We're here to bring the kids to school. I'm leaving Megan here like you said. If anything crops up or she's giving you trouble, I'm just one call away. (the song pun tho.. Ok, ignore that)
    "Thanks for giving my kids a ride M! And I will take good care of Meggie, don't worry." Evie replied. She called the kids out and they followed me to the car, well, limo.
    Elana and Daniel got in and greeted Ben and my kids. They also greeted Taylor and Mr Driver, it was so cute. I helped Daniel with his seatbelt while Elana did her own.
    The kids were talking while Ben and I chatted about our duties for the day. I mean, as king and queen of Auradon, we do have jobs. I'm getting slightly worried that I might puke as that annoying but familiar feeling came back.
