Chapter One - A Kiss on the Cheek

Hey, guys! This is my first FanFic I've ever wrote. And of course, It's of Soul Eater BUT this character will be..... CRONA GORGON with a special interest.... YOU! I hope it's to your liking! 8D

Note: Your name's going to be "Anata" meaning "You" in Japanese--since it IS about you.

You were sitting at the top of the stairs of the DWMA at morning break, your knees close to your not big, but not small either chest, your elbows resting on your knees as your palms held your chin, looking up at the clear sky, almost no clouds at all, the sun laughing. I didn't realize how strange the sun is.... you thought to yourself as you sighed.

You were a very quiet person, expressionless person, you liked being alone, though you would get lonely from time to time and you're very emotional on the inside, but you don't exactly know how to show it.

A slight wind blew, sending your long violet flowing gracefully in the wind. You like the feeling of the breeze since it reminded you of home.

"Anata!" shouted a familiar voice from behind, you flinched, alarmed, and stood up, turning around to face the person. It was Maka.

"Y..Yes?" you struggled to answer. The bold pig-tailed girl grinned as she placed her hands on her hips. "After school, Kid, Star and the rest are going to my house--Crona also. Soul thought it'd be fun to do a BBQ--So did Blair. Wanna come over?" she smiled brightly.

Your heart skipped a beat hearing Crona's name. You've always felt nervous around Crona, but you admired and adored Crona also. You didn't know what really made you feel attracted to Crona in the first place, but all you knew that you've liked Crona since the day you met.

"...Yes... Thank you..." you thanked and bowed slightly, stepping towards the smiling gal.

After hours of working hard, training, and learning, school hours ended and the weekend finally started. You went home, which was in the DWMA, your room next to Crona's, took a shower, and put on your regular clothes. You weren't very stylish because you don't really go out much, so you haven't felt the need to. You wore the same style outfit as before; a dress, uniform with a handkerchief and high high socks. You left your long hair down like you always did.

Once you were finished getting ready, you went straight to Maka and Soul's home. Once Maka answered the door, she greeted you in with a smile on her face, everyone, who greeted you as well, was there. But the one who really caught your eye, was really Crona, who was being nagged by Ragnarok.

You went and took a seat on the couch besides Crona and Tsubaki, you being in the middle. "Anata! Get away from us! You're too ugly to sit next to us!" Ragnarok stopped pulling on Crona's hair just to complain. You didn't mind if it made him stop annoying Crona. "R-Ragnarok! Th-that's not nice...!" Crona tried to scold, but Crona ended up being the one scolded instead.

Hearing a giggle from Tsubaki, you looked back at her, "don't mind him, Anata, he's cranky because they're not letting him have a bite just yet."

"....It's fine...I don't really look into it...." You reassured her, you rubbed the back of your neck, then setting your hand down, but felt Crona's. You both flinched, pulling back your hands as your faces turned red. Tsubaki couldn't help but giggle at your innocence, Crona's too.

After the BBQ, everyone played games till night fell. Then everyone slowly started to leave, Star and Tsubaki first, Kid, Patty and Liz second, then you, Crona and Ragnarok. You both walked back together since you both live in the same place. It was quiet, until Ragnarok popped out of nowhere, "MAN! Those people know how to BBQ! Too bad they're ugly."

"R-Ragnarok! Y-You can't say mean things about people j-just because they're not around...!" Crona tried to say but Ragnarok started pulling on his hair and nose, "It doesn't make a difference if I say it in front of them either!"

You couldn't help but smile slightly at the two's silliness with one another. I wish I was that close to Crona... You couldn't help but think that.

"Ugh! You're so boring! Stupid Crona!" Ragnarok blabbered before he disappeared into Crona's back.

"A-Ah... S-So Anata... A...Are you doing anything tomorrow..? I-I was wondering..." Woah, is Crona going to ask me out on a date? More guts than I thought.... You thought to yourself. But realizing, your heart began to beat fast, but your face remained emotionless, red growing on your cheeks, as well as Crona's.

Walking up the stairs, Crona began to panic, "A-ah--I WAS WONDERING IF YOU COULD HELP ME WITH MY STUDIES! Y-Yeah! I-I need LOTS of help!"

Studies..? That's what Crona wanted...? You felt a bit disappointed, but you smiled faintly anyways, "...Of course..."

Walking up the last step, and into the building, you two locked the doors behind you and began to walk to our dorms underneath the building.

The darkness winning over the light from the torches that hung on the walls of the halls. This scared you a bit, you felt as if something was going to pop up from behind and take you away. But the looks of it, Crona wasn't scared one bit since he was so used to this. You couldn't help but take Crona's pinky finger.

Flinching, Crona's cheeks grew red again as did yours, "...I'm sorry..." you apologized, "..I'm still trying to get used to this part of the academy...."

Crona nodded and slowly took your hand, "I-I understand..!" Her cheeks glowing bright red now. Your cheeks did the same.

Finally, you two got to your rooms, you opened your door as Crona opened theirs as well, ".....Thank you, Crona...." you said, before you gathered enough courage and grabbed Crona's wrist before it walked into their room, before Crona could say anything, you quickly pecked Crona's cheek, "G-Goodnight!" you said as you quickly ran off into your room and closing the door.

You plopped down on your bed, your heart beating faster and faster thinking more and more about what you just did.

Wh-WHY DID I DO THAT?! I-IT'S GOING TO BE AWKWARD BETWEEN US NOW! AHHHHHHH. WHAT IF CRONA HATES ME AFTER THIS. You closed your eyes, taking your pillow and screaming into it. Well... there's nothing I can do now...

You saw the time on your clock that sat beside your bed. 10:12... they're a bit late on the lock up... you told yourself. Every night they'd do this, not just to Crona, but you also.

Then you heard locking of the metal from the outside, "....Goodnight, Sid...." you shouted. "Goodnight, Anata." He said in return.

You heard him doing the same with Crona's door as you drifted into sleep.
