IMAGINE TWO

"Alright, everyone down to the campfire in 10 minutes!"

I sighed and played with a loose string from my jumper. Why am I even on school camp? It's so boring, and who wants do go to a campfire at 10pm in the freezing cold? Not me...

My class was sitting at tables in the dining hall, I looked at my group of friends. Michael was almost falling asleep, Calum and Luke were having a pointless conversation about how hard bike riding was earlier that day and Ashton was at the toilets.

Soon enough, everyone slowly shuffled out of the hall. I told my friends that I would wait for Ashton at the toilets, but they were in their own world and didn't really . I walked off and hid behind the boys toilets, not wanting to get in trouble. After about 10 minutes, Ashton walked out.

"Took you long enough" I joked

"Don't rush me woman!" Ashton smiled, and started walking towards the cabins.

"Where are you going? The campfire is that way" I asked, pointing the other way.

"Ella, we have alreday missed the start, whats the point of going to it?" Ashton shrugged, opening his cabin door "Would you rather go to it or stay in my cabin, watching Mean Girls on my laptop and eating malteasers?"

"This is why you are my best friend" I smiled, walking into the room. All the cabins were the same on the camp, but girls and boys weren't allowed to go into each others cabins. Ashton, Calum, Luke and Michael all shared a cabin, so I was pretty sure the boys wouldn't mind me here. Ashton opened his suitcase and got out his laptop and a bag of malteasers. We were the best of friends, so It wasn't awkward when we sat on his bottom-bunk bed together and started the movie.

"What if we get caught by Mr Brannigan?" I aksed, wondering if our teacher knew we were missing.

"Who cares? I don't even know why I went on this stupid camp..." Ashton sighed, and I nodded. I only went to the camp because my parents forced me to, I think they wanted to get me out of the house. After a while, I heard Ashton mumble something that made me hold my breath.

"I only came here because I wanted to be with you, Ella"

I quickly shot up "What?"

"O-Oh my god" Ashton stuttered, sitting up as well "I thought you fell asleep..."

"You wanted to be with me?" I leant over and paused the movie. I was really shocked, It never seemed like Ashton would like me... in that way "Do you... like me?"

"Of course i like you, you're my best friend" Ashton rolled his eyes, trying to bring back his cheeky self. It didn't really work, i could still see a shy boy sitting in front of me

"You know what I mean, Ash"

He looked down went quiet for about 10 seconds before speaking up " I do, ok? I really do..."

It then became silent again, apart from the soft whirr of the laptop. Ashton looked up and we stared at each other. I looked into his eyes, I never noticed how beautiful they are. They sparkled from the glow of the laptop, and made them look a deep brown. My eyes traveled down to his lips, they were pink and just so... wow. At that moment, I realised how good looking he really was, how could I ignore it now?

"If you don't mind" I spoke up "I'm going to try somthing real quick"

And thats when I did it. We were sitting pretty close when we were watching the movie, so I closed my eyes and slowly leant in to him. I'm pretty sure Ashton knew what I was going to do, so he kind of leant in too. And then we kissed. It felt so right, but I wouldn't discribe it how the do in the movies. There were no 'fireworks' or some shit like that, It just felt amazing. Ashton slowly wrapped his arms around me, so I wrapped mine wround his neck. We were full on kissing on a school camp, I smiled against his lips at the thought. We moved around so i was laying on my back and he was above me. Ashton bit my lip, so opened my mouth. I used to think french kissing was gross, but now that im actually doing it i understand why people like it. He slowly moved his tounge in to my mouth and it felt like our tounges were dancing together. It wasnt all gross and saliva everywhere, it was just right.
