The morning sun awoke the inner beauty of birds, they released beautiful chirps into the air. The choir of birds awoke Mia. She rolled over to one side. Her stomach hurt after the feast she had last night. On the other side of the den Birch was collecting the rest of the leftover meat. Birch was a graceful kitten with the ability to control plants. Her coat was a spotted pattern of a caramel orange, creamy white and charcoal black. She had beautiful yellow eyes and a long fluffy tail. Mia crawled out of the den to smell the fresh air. A nice summer breeze filled the air. "Careful you don't want to get sick" Birch said, emerging from the hole
"I already am" Mia replied "I ate way to much food"
"You know that's not what I meant"
"I'm not gonna melt Birch"
"Remember last time you said that?"
Mia hushed Birch "everyone's sleeping" she whispered. Birch rolled her eyes.
"It's time for them to wake up anyway" she said, looking back waiting for someone to moan.
"Shouldn't you be harvesting the berries you made?" Mia asked
"I would but Angel ate them all last night." She responded.
Angel was a tall and heavy bear. He had the power to control any type of cloud; dust clouds, rain clouds, smoke clouds, ect. He helped a lot when it rained or when Mia needed to cool down. The one thing he couldn't stand was pollution, it make him gag.
"Well that sucks, I wanted some" mumbled Mia
"Well he is a big bear and there wasn't many fish in the catch last night" explained Birch "he was really hungry and needed something to eat"
A moan finally arrived from the den, Angel popped his head out and said "are you talking about me?".
