Late Night Talk with Daniel

Ringing echoes through my room as a sign for me to start my day. I had no energy to get up, but I did have one amazing dream!! I have to say.. that was the first dream that took place at school though. I swing my legs off my bed and put slippers on in one swift motion. I proceed to stretch and then walk to my nightstand and shut off my alarm on my phone. As soon as my alarm is shut off I notice a bunch of notifications. I was debating on whether or not to actually answer anybody until one caught my eye. "Daniel James❤️ is typing..." IT WASN'T A DREAM?!?! I instantly open the Snapchat that I received a little over a half hour ago because apparently he is an early bird. D: Hello Annika! Good morning! I trust and hope that you slept well :) I just wanted to thank you for not completely freaking out when I messaged you and actually treating me like a normal person. It means a lot. Just by that I can tell that you are an amazing person and I cannot wait to get to know you better! Unfortunately, I will be recording today so we will not be able to talk all that much but I hope school goes well for you 🙂
I smile like an idiot at his message! How is this real life? I get really energetic and skip into the bathroom to get ready! I apply some concealer, light pink blush, a bit of bronzer, contour, do a Smokey eye, mascara, and wing my eyeliner. After I feel I look somewhat presentable I put my hair up in a high ponytail and curl it. I go back into my room and change into black legging with a maroon crop top. I decide I looked good enough so I took a mirror picture and sent it to Daniel saying "Hai Dani Boi! Have fun recording today and best of luck with that.. and I don't normally share luck while on my way to school xD."
School was normal and boring and I wasn't able to talk to Daniel at all today which was unfortunate. After the long day of school I finally was able to get a ride home from Hailee and get home! She asked me about Daniel and I told her about his message this morning and we both kind of flipped out together.
I walked into my house and went to my bedroom and accidentally ended up drifting off to sleep listening to Daniel's cover of Unaware.
-5 hours later-
I open my eyes from a nap I didn't even know I took. I rolled over and grabbed my phone that was lying on my bed. I opened it to a message from Daniel that I got about an hour ago.
D: Hey I just got done with recording! How was your day? (You look wonderful by the way like dangggg girllll)
A: it was long! I'm so sorry I fell asleep.. like I said.. it was a long day xD how was recording? (Thank you 🙂 I don't know what you look like today but I know you looked good)
D: Man I am so sorry to hear that! Well at least it is done with now 🙂 and recording was fun but I wish I could've at least talked to you during it. I told Jonah how you're basically his twin and he wants to meet you! (Thank you)
A: IT WAS TWO THINGS DANI! TWO! And I would love to meet you guys honestly!
D: Serious question...
A: Oh no... that can't be good. What is it?
D: Is Jonah your favorite?
A: What?! That was the question?! You scared me!! And if you must know.. no. He isn't.
D: Then who is it?!
A: That is classified information sir!
D: Is it Jack? Oh I swear noodles is gonna get it!
A: DANIEL NO!! And why would you beat him up for being my favorite? I mean... Do you want to be my favorite? Cause it seems like it ;)
D: So he is your favorite?! NOODLES WILL REGRET THIS!!
A: Daniel... I've been messaging you everyday for how long.. no. He isn't my favorite. You are you dork!
A notification goes off on my phone but this time it wasn't Daniel... it was Jack tweeting.
J: Daniel just came into our room and slapped me across the face and said "Square up noodles!".. here's a poll. Who do you think would win?
I instantly knew what Daniel was doing and spammed him!

A: OH MAI LORD DANIEL JAMES I AM GONNA FLY MYSELF TO LA AND ATTACK YOU WITH A SPORK

He finally read my messages
D: A spork? Annika... a spork? YOU ARE GONNA ATTACK ME AFTER I DEFENDED YOUR HONOR?! (You're my favorite too)
A: I'm not even in the band dude how can I be your favorite? Haha and MY HONOR?! DID YOU GET HURT?!
D: eh we ended up just hugging it out after all
A: wow... really defending my honor there Seavey.
D: I WAS DEFENDING MAI LADY!!
A: Your lady? I mean... alright
D: Too much? Haha
A: Eh not enough xD I am soooo hungry so I'm gonna go make myself food. I mean it is 9:43
I got downstairs and made myself some chicken and rice and grabbed soy sauce and cut up some watermelon and pineapple and put it in a bowl with some raspberries and blueberries. I walked back upstairs and grabbed my phone to answer Dani back. I opened the phone and it said it was 10:32. HOLY COW IT IS GETTING LATE I open the message from Daniel with a big smile on my face.
D: Okay :) and you can cook?! Please come make me Mac and Cheese!
A: Pay for my flight then I'll make you a Years supply of Mac n Cheese haha
D: Well maybe for your birthday I can fly you out and we can celebrate by you making Mac n Cheese! When is your birthday anyway?
A: Oh mine is March 28th so I mean... pretty close to yours. (I feel like I already told you this sir how dare you forget!!!)
D: No kidding! Well maybe we can celebrate both of ours together :) and ah Annika I am so sorry I am the worst 😂 to be fair I was talking to a lot of fans that day. I'm still sorry
A: Who knows! It would be amazing if we could! And don't worry about it Dani Boi you have your reasons haha I am sure I would've forgot yours if I didn't know of you previously
Daniel and I started to talk differently than we ever have before. He started talking as if he actually wanted to meet me and I was shocked. We continued to make small talk and then he rementioned earlier conversation
D: Okay so now that I know for sure you are down with meeting... I truly want to get to know you so... 21 questions?
A: It is 1 am... shouldn't you be sleeping instead of playing this? Haha
D: You're more important
A: Okay fineeeee you ask first :)
D: Okay so what's your favorite color?
A: Mine is blue and black! I absolutely love Black because it goes with everything and blue reminds me of the ocean and also not to sound creepy but your eyes so I meannn.. anywayyyy how many kids do you want when your older? That is assuming you want kids.
D: Oh yes I definitely want kids!! I want 3 or 4 kids when I'm older. Not to intrude here and please tell me if it gets too personal but... what's your biggest fear?
A: Oh.. yeah ummm.. I would like to say it's my silly fears like the dark and falling but honestly it isn't. My biggest fear would have to be never finding love. I just don't think there's all that much to love you know? I mean... I could explain why but that's a whole new conversation haha ON A HAPPIER NOTE!! What do you expect during this upcoming Invitation Tour?
-23 minutes later-
Daniel didn't answer so I'm assuming he fell asleep so I decide to send him a picture of me in my Disney tank top thanking him for staying up with me. I eventually fell asleep the happiest I've been in so long!
