He walked up to the old, tall, burnt down building with his white hooded cloak dragging along the tall, swaying, hill top grass. He pulled down his hood and looked up as his charcoal black hair, tied into a small ponytail fell out of his hood and bangs sitting across his pearl white eyes. His gaze scanned the old remains of a school that he used to always attended. He grinned and gave a small chuckle."Been a while hasn't it." he said to himself as he closed his eyes and remembered the moment that changed his life forever
2 years ago
Michaelis paced back and forth between his notebook and his potion experiment, his long, just slightly past shoulder length, coal black hair swayed about and got in the way as he tried to focus on what he was pouring into the fragile glass vial.
Michaelis has been attending this magic school for about ten years now, he was one of the top students in majority of his classes besides bestiary training, last time he attended that class he let his staff get taken away by a red scaled dragon, but anyway.
The room he sat in was one of the oldest rooms in the school but it was the most quietest ones there. He liked the silence in the old dusted shelf room that blocked out the soon to be destruction but that's a little bit later. He sighed as he placed one hand on his hip and the other scratching the back of his head as he watched the small stream of smoke escaping the failed mixture.
"What am I doing wrong with this? I did everything the notes said to an exact measurement...hmm."
He paced back to his note, holding the pencil in his left hand and biting the end of it as he pondered on miscalculations.
Meanwhile on the second floor below Michaelis a mischievous assassin was about to cause lots of damage to the school and possibly Michaelis's self-esteem.
Eren snooped around the school building without being caught, years of training he calls it. His hazel brown eyes peering around corners and searching the halls for no nagging professors, mask pulled up more covering half his face, mainly his mouth and cheeks, light dark skin contrasting with his bright crimson red hair pinned up into a messy updo with bits sticking out, don't call him chicken head or you won't survive for another day. He smirked from under his black mask that went quite well with his black and some dark purple assassin outfit.
There was no one to be seen so he sneaked around some more and suddenly heard voices coming from down the hall so he quickly dashes into the nearest classroom and shuts the door behind him.
"Phew close one there, heh like those magic nerd would catch this." he said with a snicker.
He looked around the classroom and couldn't help but write "Best assassin was here." with a winky face at the end on the whiteboard in bold letters. He poked around at stuff and saw a small potion vial with a sort of dark grey cloud inside it, he picked it up, turned it in his hand and examined it."What the hell is thi-" he was cut of by the sound of it slipping out of his hand and smashing on the ground.
His only thought at this point was.
"Shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit".
Michaelis was just about to pour in the formula again until a loud bang made him jump in fright and drop it but that was the least of his problem since the school was now literally stuck in a thunderstorm thanks to Eren's clumsiness. The building rumbled making things fall off shelves, glass shattering, window and doors bursting open and flapping about in the harsh winds. The sounds of students screaming echoed through the building as professors tried to usher them out and into safety. Michaelis grabbed onto the bench top tightly as his robe and hair blew violently due to the heavy wind, loud crackling bangs signaling thunder made him bite his bottom lip and shut his eyes tight.
