Flash back
"Hey Y/N!!" Peyton said.
"Hey." I said still focusing on my locker combination.
"Hey look there goes Tom." She said. I opened up my locker and looked to where she was looking.
Tom was passing by us with a group of friends laughing and talking. God he's so hot. He looked at me and smiled. I kindly smiled back.
Peyton looked at him and then back at me. "No way. You have a crush on him." I turned my attention back to my locker and shook my head.
"No I don't."
"Do to."
"Don't."
"Do to."
"Don't."
"Do to, and if you try to deny it you'll die alone." She retorted.
I rolled my eyes. "Fine. I do like him." She squealed a bit. She's always been so happy.
"Luckily he'll be at the party later. Maybe you two could." She started making kissing sounds.
"Ok that's to far." I said chuckling. The bell rang. "I'll see you later."
"Ok bye."
Time Skip
The party was kicking. People were everywhere dancing having fun it was what the cool kids call lit.
"Hey Guys." I heard a familiar voice say behind me. We both turned to see Tom with a toothy grin.
"Hey." Peyton said smiling back nudging my side.
"Hi." I grinned a little.
"So uh how's this lame party?" He asked looking at mostly me and Peyton occasionally.
"Not the best but it's something." I said laughing. He chuckled softly. Blood rose to my cheeks. Peyton looked between us.
"I'll be right back I'm gonna go spike the punch bowl." She said. I gave her a death glare as she walked off.
"So how are y-you." He asked.
Did he just stutter? It's so cute. "I'm fine. You?"
"Great." He replied. We looked at the sea of teens dancing the night away. "You wanna dance?" He asked.
"Sure." I said laughing. He took my hand and led me to the dance floor.
Party Rock Anthem came on so I of course broke out the Running Man and a couple other moves. Tom tried to keep up but I'm pretty sure he knows I'm the best. After a couple minutes of fun we called it quits.
"That was fun" I said out of breath.
"Yea." He said chuckling. We looked into each other's eyes. Then we smashed our lips together. We pulled away after a couple seconds, and looked down laughing.
"That was--"
"Yea." He finished my sentence.
My phone started buzzing. It was my mom. "I'm sorry. I have to go." I said running off. I stopped and turned around. "I'll see you tomorrow." I yelled. He laughed and waved.
