The last thing she probably said to anyone was something like "I'll see you later," and less than an hour later, she's gone.
I didn't know her, she was just a fellow passenger on a bus, waiting to get to her destination.
No one expected this to happen. No one knew what was going to happen until the second a drunk driver in a red pickup truck collided with the rear of the bus. She was listening to music on her iPod when it happened. She was alive, happy, and on this earth, and then dead and gone in an instant.
