" Alright Jo, Come on lets go" My Dad Said Grabing his car key walking to the front door
"Im coming" i said walking right behind him "See You Later Mom" i said closing to door
"Jo hurried up" He said hoping in his car
I ran to the car, and got in with him and he started backing out of our drive-way
" Dad, where we going again?" i ask while rolling the window down
"First we going to the gas station then we goin to the trap house" he said while lighting his blunt
" Alright" was i said then got on my phone texting my girlfriend faith while we was pulling in to the gas station
"alright stay here i'll be right back" My Dad said while getting out the car
i sat in the car and turned the radio up and i looked up and saw my dad walking up to this dude handing him something then he went inside the store i just shook my head knowing one day ima start doing that but he came out walking back to the car then a car pulled up next to him and called his name street name
" Aye Red" The dude the car yelled
My dad turned around and dropped everything in his hands , i couldnt believe what im seeing but next thing i know is that my dad got shot more then once then the car drove off fast and i hopped out of the car and run up to my dad who was in a puddle of his blood on the ground
"Dad!" i said trying to hold back my tears
"Aye jo dont worried bout me ok , i need you to watch over yo sisters and your mom and-" he started coughing up blood and we started hearin sirens " and its your turn to take over and i know you will do good all y-you need to do is go to the trap tomorrow and you will figure it out by the workers"
"dad im not ready" i said still trying to hold my tears in cuz my dad said dont never cry even with stituations like this
"you are i b-belive in you" he said while his eyes was closing slowly and the police and ambulance pulled up
"Dad?, Dad!" the police officer pulled me away as the medical people checkes his pulse and had put a white sheet over him
"let me go" i said trying to get out of the police officer's grip
"calm down boy" he said letting me go
"Who ever done this is gonna regret this" i said to my self
My mom pulled up and hopped out of the car fast and came up the me
"where is yo dad" she said looking worried by seeing all the blood on my clothes
I just pointed to where they put the sheet over him and she just started brawlin out cryin, she tried to run over where his body was but i grabbed her and hugged her tight while she was crying it hurts to see my mom cry and she never cry my mom was really a strong woman , but who did gonna get it if that is the last thing i do
