I gave him my Chesire cat smile as for agreement. Dan is like a brother to me pero ayaw niyang tanggapin na hindi mag level up ang pag tingin ko sa kanya. I just shook my head. Ayoko mag isip. I went in to the restroom to change to my Speedo swim wear. Dan and I are standing at the diving board. Ready set Go! We dive after the bang!
I was so happy to do 8 lapses. I beat Dan for 8 mins. Kaya I hugged Dan dahil sa tuwa. He smirked. "Ganyan ka talaga ka saya? Dahil hindi mo ako maka date, Dr. Park?" Parang batang nagtampo. Lumapit si Dan Kay Ric. "Hello, Atty., you should beat the time huh! By the way, I'll introduce you to my dear Keren." Nagulat ako ng hawakan ako sa balikat ni Dan and introduce us. "Atty. Ric Han, this is Dr. Keren Park. Dr. Keren this is Atty.Ric. He is also a regular member here." Why the smirk again, Ric? So you are so happy to see me flustered. And Atty? Huh! I sighed! If only I could turn back time. I am talking to the mirror.

I met Ric in one of the hospitals they owned. He was the Chief of Surgeons. I had my residency there before he became the head. My identity as an heiress of Park and Co. Airlines was not revealed. I was so carefree doing my passion. Not until the arranged marriage our parents were planning for the benefit of their empire. I was oblivious with our parents plan. Not until we are set up for an engagement dinner. And our parents were planning. I was so silent the whole time. I look at Ric as he sat across mine, he looks uninterested and even give me a smirk when he caught me looking at him. Our marriage is like a business to them. I was so upset. I have feelings here. I believe in True Love. It should be the foundation of every marriage. I don't want to show my disappointment to my parents. So I excused myself. I went to the restroom. Sinundan ako ni Ric.
"Keren, alam ko that this must be a shock to you. But, let's say this is our fate. Don't worry I don't also give a damn about this marriage thing. I also wanted to be free. I don't believe in one woman man for life, you know. Hmm, let's say, let's get married and stay married in papers. No strings attached." He said it coldly.
My eyes opened wide like a saucer. I didn't expect this to happen. And those words from his mouth. "Well, Ric, kung ganyan ka kababaw huwag mo akong itulad sayo! I said it and I'm teary eyed.
"Okay, fine, ganito na lang let's agree with our parents na maging engaged and about getting married, let's prolong it until they will realize that marriage is not for us. How is that? We can have a contract for that." He smirked.
"You mean let's pretend that we agree with them?" I asked. I'm getting more confused.. I felt dizzy.
"Yes! Now let's go back and let's tell them since we don't want to disappoint them."
I don't know why I agreed with him.
"Dad, Mom, Mr.Park and Mrs. Park, Keren and I had a talk. We agreed to this arrangement. But, please give us time to get to know each other. Until we decided to get married the soonest." Ric said it.
My mom and his mom nodded and his mom said "Since, you want to get to know each other is it okay that they will stay in one house?!"
My mom and dad agreed! I was so shocked.. What?! I glared at Ric who was smiling.
"Is it alright with you, anak?" My dad asked.
"Dad--" I answered awkwardly but Ric cut me off.
"Mr and Mrs. Park, I will take care of her. Don't worry I will not take advantage of her." He said and winked at me.
Flashback ended when I heard a loud knock in the shower room door.
I unlocked the door and opened it. The Unexpected happened.
