By the time 7:00 rolled around, I was already in the training room, sitting on the platform waiting for Dean. Finally he decided to show his face as 7:02. " So much for 7:00 sharp!" I yelled to him.
"Shut up." He yelled back. He walked over to a set of speakers and put in a tape (yeah, a tape) and hit play. Suddenly loud rock shook the walls in the room and he walked over to join me on the platform.
"Is this payback for playing music while showering?" I scoffed.
"Hell yeah it is." He walked past me onto the platform. "Now come on. Lets get this show on the road."
I moaned and stood up. "This is stupid." I placed myself across from him, making sure to put distance between us.
"Fix your stance, seperate your legs a bit, and crouch. Be on your toes, you never know when your enemy is going to strike." I did as he said and crouched, bracing myself to make sure I couldn't be knocked over easily. His eyes probed my body in what looked like desire but I pushed it out of my mind and focused on being ready to dodge him. His eyes finally met mine again before he lunged at me.
My reflexes kicked in insantly as I made a drop to the ground and slid under his legs. Luckily it worked out as planned and I was able to get behind him and stand back up. He turned to face me again and I took my stance. I tried to run through ideas to escape him but he did something different this time. He came at me like he did before so I tried to sidestep him but he veered the same way at the last second and kicked me down. In retaliation, I wrapped my legs around his and twisted them so he would lose his balance and fall to the ground.
I quickly got up and stared at him in which he returned the gaze. I wiped my hair out of my face as he stood up making sure to keep an eye on him. I noticed how his abs moved under his shirt and I hated myself for it so I looked away for a second in attempt to clear my mind; that was the wrong move on my part. As soon as I looked away he had me pinned in the corner against the pole. He pressed his body against mine and my back dug into the rim of the pole and I winced. "First rule of combat, never look away from your enemy." He said in his low and raspy voice.
I kept my eyes on his, refusing to show any emotion as he backed away. I moved out of the corner, and this time I didn't let him lunge at me first. I rushed him from behind and jumped up onto his back. I twisted him around in which caused him to fall onto the floor with me still on his back. I pushed his head down so he couldn't move and leaned down to whisper in his ear, " First rule of combat, never look away from your enemy."
He scoffed and his hands reached up to to shove me off of him. I rolled off of him easily and then he rolled onto me, this time making sure to pin my legs down along with my arms. "Don't sass me when I'm helping you."
"Gee, doesn't that line sound familiar." I stuck my tongue out at him.
"Do you ever stop talking?" He rolled his eyes.
"Do you ever stop being obnoxious?" I retorted.
"Shut up!" He moaned.
"Oh, you know you love me deep down. Don't act like you don't." I said jokingly.
He went silent as he stared at me, his eyes darkening with desire. He leaned his head down until our lips were barely touching. My breathing quickened and so did his as we stared at each other.
"I want you." He whispered.
It suddenly felt like the world stopped after he said that. "What?" I said quietly.
Right then the music shut off and we both looked up. "Uh guys? Sorry to interrupt training but we've got company." Sam shouted over to us.
"Right now, Sam? I mean we are kinda in the middle of training." Dean yelled back and I blushed.
"It's important." Sam responded. He sounded very serious.
Dean sighed "It better be." He got up and then offered me his hand to help me up. I got up as Sam walked out of the room and Dean and I followed him to the library.
When we entered the library I saw a dark haired man who grinned when he saw us enter. I kept on walking unfazed but Dean stopped dead and just stared at him. "Hey, Dean. Long time no see!"
Dean just stared back at him in no response.
"Um, okay someone help me out here. Who is that?" I said and the mans eyes turned to me.
Dean didn't respond, he was too busy glaring at the man. "Um anyone?"
"Gabriel." Cas said.
