Once I got home I went straight for my bedroom. Lily passed me on my way.
"Ah, you're here!" she smiled.
I brushed her shoulder and looked up.
She stared at me for a second.
"Are you okay?"
I nodded slightly. She looked at me up and down.
I hurried to my bedroom. Once I got there I locked my door and sat on my bed. I squeezed my hands together tightly.
I need to stop thinking about it...
"Damn it, I wish he didn't ask.." I muttered to myself. I lay down and stare up at the ceiling.
Suddenly, I heard a knock at my door.
"Ivy, open the door." I heard a silent voice at the door.
"Who the hell is that?" I asked myself silently.
"Hurry up!" I hear them shout.
"Oh, it's Lily..." I chuckle a bit and unlock the door.
She steps in and sighs. "I though you were trying to harm yourself..."
"I was really tempted to." I say and look to the ground.
She grabbed my hand and squeezed it gently.
I smile faintly.
I let go of her hand and went downstairs.
"Oh, hi sweetie!" my mother greeted me and wrapped her arms around me.
It's funny how she tries her best to be happy everyday...
I forced a smile.
"Hi, mom..." I replied.
"What's wrong, sweetie?" she asked, as she lifted my chin up and looked into my eyes.
I shut my eyes tightly. "M-mom, stop staring at me."
She took her hand away from my chin and frowned.
"Are you okay?" she asked.
"Y-yeah, I'm fine." I muttered and went into the living room.
I had to stop thinking about it.
