The rest of our afternoon consisted of the standard high school courses such as language and math classes. The final bell of the day rang and we were all dismissed from school. I packed up my bag and made my way out of the large school. On my way through the courtyard I saw Tenya and Ochaco waiting by the exit gate. My guess was that they were waiting to congratulate Izuku on his "performance" earlier. No one got the chance to confront him about his jaw dropping results from the soft ball pitch for he had already ran off to the nurse's office to get his finger healed by Recovery Girl.

Ochaco looked over from her small conversation with Tenya and gave me a friendly wave. I returned the gesture and continued on my way home. "Bye Ivy, I'll see you tomorrow at school!" She yelled after me in her bubbly voice.

I turned my head back slightly as I yelled back in my raspy muffled voice, "You too, see you tomorrow." With that farewell I walked in silence the rest of the way home. I got to my apartment complex and took the lobby elevator all the way up to the 4th floor, then unlocked the door to my house.

"Hello, is anyone home?" I called out through the living space. There was no reply so I proceeded to slip off my shoes and hang my scarf-hood up on the rack. I locked the front door behind me and made a beeline for my room. Tossing my school bag to the side I plopped down on my fluffy bed and shuffled my body under the covers. I immediately fell into a deep sleep, until a soft knocking on my door aroused me. My drowsy eyes lingered over to my mother's figure standing in the door frame.

"Sorry if I woke you sweetie but dinner's ready if you want some, I know you had a long first day but it would be nice if you joined me and your father at the table."

"No problem, I was only taking a short nap." I replied to her as I rubbed the sleep from my eyes. With a curt nod she left me to awaken fully. Slipping out of the bed covers I walked to the kitchen and took a seat across from my dad, next to my mom. Mother placed a plate of pasta and green beans in front of me accompanied by a glass of 2% milk.

"So Ivy how was your first day of high school?" Dad asked as he bit into a green bean.

Also scooping up a bite of food I gave him a short reply, "It was interesting."

"Ah I see." he said back awkwardly as he expected a more elaborate answer.

That was about all of the events that commenced during dinner, as for the rest of the night I worked on the few homework assignments due for tomorrow morning. After completing the papers I washed up and went to bed wanting to get a good rest for tomorrow's events. Something in my gut told me I would need the extra energy.

The next morning went on as usual, waking up alone, making a small breakfast for myself, and heading out for school. The walk downtown passed uneventful and so did the first portion of my morning classes. But after lunch class 1A would head to their hero basics class, which sounds promising especially since the famous All Might was rumored to be the teacher. 

Small mermers flowed through the air of the classroom as my classmates talked to each other while waiting for the teacher to arrive. The room became silent when the door slammed open to reveal All Might in his Silver Age costume. "I am... Coming through the door like a normal person." His mighty voice rattled the room. With that everyone, well almost everyone, burst into hysteria at the sight of the pro-hero. 'So it seems the rumors were true after all'.
