ALFIES POV 3

Since I last talked to Jim, I went and stood with Marcus. Him and Niomi were trapped in their own little love bubble, and I could help but be jealous.

I wished that was me and Zoe.

"I'm thinking of starting a youtube channel, but I'm not sure," Niomi began, "What do you think Alfie?"

"Yeah, you definitely should Niomi! It would be amazing, I'm sure you'd easily get thousands of subscribers." I replied.

"Aw, thanks Alf. I'm really thinking about it. Maybe not till next year though, I'll have to have some time to think of some ideas." She told me.

"Do you think you could ask Zoe if she would help me film my first few videos? She's a pro at beauty and fashion youtubing! I'm only saying if you could ask her because I've seen your connection..." What? Is it that obvious that I like her? Oh god...

"Haha, I'll ask her when I next see her, promise!" I laugh it off, trying not to make it easy to see that what she said was true.

Actually now that I was coming to think of it, where was Zoe? I hadn't seen her since she ran off with Louise. I hoped she was okay.

Speak of the devil.

Zoe burst into the room, full of confidence I had only seen a few times. Marcus' million subscriber rap was playing and she was singing along. "MARKY BUTT BUTT ON THE TRACK........HELLOOOO!!" She screamed.

Everyone was laughing and some people started to join in with her.

I just watched her with awe.

How was she that beautiful when she wasn't even trying? I needed to pluck up the courage and go and tell her how I felt, before Jack did.

I was in a trance when I realised the song had gone off, and everyone was chatting and drinking.

Zoe looked over at me and smiled. I woke up out of a daydream and smiled back. She started walking towards me.

I walked forward a couple of steps and met her.

"Hey, little one!" I said happily. I always called her little one, due to her size. It was a joke between us.

"Hey, Sydney! How ya doin?" She giggled. Zoe called me Sydney because that was my middle name. Since she found out she had teased me for it, all the time. I secretly love it, though.

"Just fine! Anyway, where did you go before? You just disappeared with Louise. It was a bit scary but I'm over it." I strike a manly pose and brush my hair with my fingers, pretending to be careless. She laughs and I drag her to the other side of the room.

"Hey Zo, Niomi asked me to ask you something." I tell Zoe.

"What is it?" She asks me.
"She's thinking of started a YouTube channel at the start of next year, but she wants to get you to help her think of some ideas, since your the top beauty gal" I wink at her jokingly as I finish my sentence.

"Oh my god I've been telling her for so long to start a YouTube channel! I'm so happy for her! She's perfect for youtube, I can't wait to start filming with her!" Zoe squealed.

"Yeah, let's go and tell her!" I reply.
"Ok, let's go!" She said.

We linked arms and skipped whilst laughing. Someone caught onto Zoe's other arm and she turned around. I saw a boy with a blinding white smile and thick brown hair.

Of course it was Jack Harries.

"Hey Zoe! Could I talk to you for a bit? I have some video ideas. I can't believe we've never done a collab!" He asked her.

Zoe looked at me as if to say sorry, and that she would talk to Niomi later. I smiled and nodded, knowing what she meant with that one look.

I looked at Jack and he looked very pleased with himself. He was just staring at her like she was a piece of meat.

I had to do everything I could to not grab Jack and punch him. He was such a player, it knocked me sick.

I managed a smile then turned around and walked to Jim, Caspar and Tanya. I hoped I could apologise to Jim.

Was Jack making a move so quickly on Zoe? I though I had a few weeks to try and tell her!

She needs to know how I feel, and quickly...
