Listening to an old playlist you made me a long time ago,
Wondering which way the water will flow,
Tears from my eyes never felt so good to let go,
But in life, we already knew.
We couldn't sleep tonight,
You missed your flight,
We begin to fight,
But at the end, we both knew what was right.
I forgot to eat today,
You pushed me away,
I pulled you in to stay,
You knew the right words to say,
You knew I was going to be okay,
I knew I was going to be okay.
But we both knew I was never going to be okay.
