Logans P.O.V
Breakfast was amazing but we had to get up  eventually. We reluctantly untangled ourselves from eachother when Patton gave me yet another kiss before mumbling how much he lpved me. I couldnt contain my smile, he was so adorable.
"I love more than you could imagine" i said lovingly before grabbing his hand and walking downstairs to the commonroom and kitchen.

"Well?" Virgil question when we entered
"HE SAID YES" Patton excitedly squealed. Virgil smiled, a genuine smile, which was rare but nice.
"Congratulations you two love birds" Roman said entering the kitchen
"Yeah congrats and stuff" Virgil agreed. We all sat in the common room happily chatting about anything and everything for a few hours before I got up and said
"Patton, its time for your surprise" which caused him to get up really quickly.
"It requires us to both pack lunch first though so wed best be doing that."
"Ok Loges"

We packed sandwiches, some cake and biscuits and juice into the basket before sinking down into the real world. We explained to Thomas we were going out before I blindfolded Patton. It was important he didn't see this.

I gently pulled him along until we reached a spot in the park. I sat him down under a large tree that overlooked the pond and rest of the park. The view was gorgeous and I knew he'd like it. I untied the blind and prepared for excited squeals. But nothing came. Patton just looked shocked. A gold shocked though.

Patton's P.O.V
I knew this place. It was where we first kissed. I'd taken Logan here bc it was my favourite place to come when I felt stressed. We spent hours upon hours lying under the tree talking. It was the most amazing day.

"This... This is where we first kissed." I said quietly, in awe that he'd thought to bring us here.
"It is" Logan said, clearly reminiscing on the memories.

We set out the blanket and grabbed the food. The lunch was delicious. I mean obviously, we made them but thats not the point. We spent lunch watching the ducks float on the water and listening to each other speak about random things. Every so often I'd see Logan glancing at his ring smiling.
"Logan, I love you" I said before lying on his lap. He shifted slightly so he could rest on the trunk of the tree before saying
"I love you more than anything, Patton" we layed in comfortable silence for a while, just appreciating each other company, before Loges broke the silence.

"Hey Patton, I know you beat me to it but I was going to propose to you today, and we'll seeing as were already engaged, I figured to give you the ring and you know and yeah" he started rambling a bit. He does talk too much sometimes but thats ok. He reached into his pocket and took out a beautiful silver ring with a large aquamarine stone surrounded by smaller zircons. Obviously not diamonds (the industry is "unethical"). It was beautiful and I couldn't stop smiling as he slipped it onto my finger.

"I love it" I mumbled before softly kissing him. We kissed until our lips were sore, but it was worth it.
"Its gorgeous"
"You're gorgeous" I blushed, not expecting Logan to compliment me.
We stayed right where we were under the trees for hours, but it only felt like a few minutes, before we noticed the sun beginning to set.

"I suppose we should be heading home" Logan said, I swear he sounded sad as he said it.
"Yeah I guess...."
We packed up our picnic and walked home, hands intertwined, and hearts light.

Yes today has truly been a good day.
