A Cliche Story - Or Is It?

I woke up on an alright Saturday morning. Hearing the birds making noises on the other side of the window. They might be yelling "HELP ME! I BROKE MY WINGSSSSSS!" or "HE STABBED MY BELLY WITH HIS BEAK!!~" just like what I did with Steve. See? Then some people will say "Ahh~ they sound lovely" who's the sadist now?

In order to make the chapter title relevant, my parents left early in the morning to work so I've left here all by myself.

Am I forgetting something? Hmmm.

Anyways, what 'normal' people would do when they're home alone is explore the house, build some things or do something crazy and eventually fail, making the house a mess then be grounded. I do know because I didn't do some science experiment with a friend named Steven that almost blew my whole room while my parents are away. Yes, we did not do it. If my parents ask, tell them a remote controlled bird flew near my window to dropped some shit bomb.

I'm planning on catching a bus to the mall to grab breakfast, so I took a shower and put on some clothes – a jacket, long pants, cap, and a neck scarf.

Okay, it's 35 deg.C outside.

I'll just put on a plain T-shirt and a boring looking shorts. I grabbed my wallet and the house key. After wearing my shoes, I tried to open the front door when...

"AHA!" Oh, so that's what I forgot about "Where are you going?" Kyanne, my younger sister, asked.

You just ruined the chapter title. You little-

"Out" I quickly answered.

"Did you tell mom and dad that you're going out today?" The interrogation begins.

"Not yet"

"Are you with someone?"

"No"

"Can I come? Can we drop by the mall? I need to get some stuff"

"..."

"Hmmmm" Hmmm? "Wait for me, I'm coming toooo~" Sigh, so energetic. I think she's adopted, or it's possibly me. Most likely me.

"Okay" In she went in her room to take a shower, wear some clothes and put some make up. Yes, of course it'll take hours. You expect me to wait? I'm already on a bus.

I looked over the window just to see the rain pouring down. The sky was just so clear 30 seconds ago, what happened? Well I guess I'll just have to look outside the window, play a gloomy music and reminisce sad memories like what all the passengers are doing. As if!!!!

A man and a woman caught my eye. Yes, eye, just one – the left one. The guy kneeled down and proposed to the girl. What are you doing? It's rainin-

The rain suddenly stopped, and a ray of light pierced the sky towards the future(?) couple.

Lights reflected to multiple directions as he opened the box with a diamond ring.

He opened his mouth to speak "Will you marry me?" said all the passengers in the bus. Wait, you people are watching? And the driver too!!!?????

The lady opened her mouth that you can easily read, "No" before sprinting away. The guy was left broken hearted. He was hit by a lightning, both figuratively and literally. We all see what happened because the driver stopped the bus just to watch. He wants to get fired apparently.

Four men and a woman went outside to bring the guy inside the bus.

'Waitwaitwait! Are you gonna go to the hospital? We're on a bus! Can't we just call an ambulance?' I thought.  The driver looked at us and said "Get a grip!" his voice with conviction.
