A Lovers Hope is Never Lost

As Kanan realized that Sabine had left just before they jumped into hyperspace, he ran to the cockpit only to find Hera who was just getting up. "WHY DID YOU GO TO HYPERSPACE?! SABINE IS NOW BACK THERE!" Kanan yelled. Hera looked at him with a shocked and confused face. "Kanan, what are you talking about? I never got us into hyperspace." Both then looked at the controls and saw that they were destroyed, with a letter on them. "I will go after Ezra and get him to safety, i already know that you disagree with my actions, but i have to do this, i would never forgive myself if i left him there. I set the hyperspace coordinates to Attolon so you would be safe. Forgive me if i don't come back." Zeb came to ask why the Phantom got left behind, saw the note and was shocked.They all went to the galley to get something to eat as none of them had any breakfast.

CHOPPER-BASE, COMMAND CENTER 

The Allegiance High Command had a meeting on the discovery of The Executor and and the loss of Commander Bridger and Wren. Even then, the whole base was mourning the loss of both commanders. Finally in the evening the, meeting ended, everyone were interested in what was decided. The next thing they knew they were assembled by General Syndulla. "We are mounting a stealth Search and Rescue mission. But before we do that, we need to find an Elite Clone squad that never betrayed the Jedi. We need all the help we can to find them, and if you find and y clues or meet them your self, then you will report either to me or General Mon Mothma, is that understood?" SIR YES SIR!" Everyone said in unison with hints of joy in everyone's voice as everyone got to work on finding that clone squad. "You sure we can find them?" Rex asked, "Not that i don't believe they can't, but by now they could be dead as far as we know." "i don't, but i need to have hope, because i can't lose Sabine and Ezra." Hera said as she suddenly started hugging the old clone while crying. "From the moment they started calling me 'mom' i swore to protect them."

ON THE PHANTOM,  MOMENTS AFTER DETACHMENT

"I'm coming for you Ezra." Sabine whispered to herself. Then she started thinking of a plan to get Ezra out. Then the hologram comm went off and the Fulcrum insignia appeared "This is Fulcrum, i'm guessing that I'm talking to Spectre 5, listen, even though the chances of you getting Spectre 6 out are very low, i'm sending over the plans for The Executor, i'm on the  Crynyd and they are currently taking Spectre 6 from his cell to the transport. You can attempt to rescue him only when he is on The Executor, but i suggest to leave now. The Crynyd has you on their scanners and is going to open fire soon. Fulcrum out." As she sat down in the pilot seat, the Phantom started shaking as lasers hit the shields. At that point she knew that Fulcrum wasn't lying and turned the Phantom around and tried to jump into hyperspace, in the direction of Chopper-base, but then the engine got hit and she jumped into hyperspace. "I'm sorry Ezra." She whispered.

 CHOPPER-BASE

"General Syndulla, we have a small ship coming out of hyperspace, wait, and now its back?" A radio officer said confused. "What is it Sergeant?" Hera asked "Ma'm, a small ship is coming out of hyperspace and then going back, wait, Ma'm, it stopped." The officer replied, "This is General Syndulla, calling Profundity report, what is going on?" The General asked, The Profundity replied "Ma'm, we are trying to contact it, but it looks like it is very damaged so we will attempt to board it." "Copy that Profundity keep me pos..." Hera was saying, as suddenly the same officer said "We have Spectre 5, I repeat, We have Spectre 5 and The Phantom, but it looks like Spectre 5 is unconscious!" Hera felt a wave of relief and worry move across her body.

Hours had passed as they were treating Sabine. "She will survive. You can now see her." A medical droid said "Is she awake?" Hera asked almost immediately "Yes, she is awake." The droid responded. Hera walked into the infirmary and to Sabine "Hey Hera" Sabine said, her voice sounding weak. "Hey, Sabine are you okay?" Hera asked "You know what, nevermind, did you get Ezra, or know where he is?" "No, but there are some good news, one, is that i have the plans for The Executor IF the holo communicator recorder survived..." Sabine said when Hera interrupted "It did." Sabine continued "... and the second one is that we have and ally on the star destroyer The Crynyd." Sabine had a tiny smile on her face. Hera's face lit up as she heard the first news and she said "Those plans will help us a lot, but who is that ally?" "Fulcrum" said Sabine. A soldier then ran in and said "General Syndulla, we found the squad, General Mon Mothma already contacted them and they agreed to help us on one condition!" "What condition?" Hera quickly asked "That they will be allowed to join the Rebellion, General Mon Mothma already agreed to their conditions." The soldier explained. "Good, we need their help or we have to abandon the plan." Hera said. Sabine was confused and asked "What squad, what plan, what are you talking about?" Hera answered "We have been looking for an Elite Clone squad, The Delta squad, they didn't betray the jedi and went into hiding and they are a part of a plan to get Ezra back. Ever since we left you there, the whole base has been looking for them." Sabine was a bit shocked at that and asked "Why would we need the whole base to get Ezra back? I know that i love him and want to get him back, but... The whole base?" Sabine then realized what she said and started to blush a bit. "Sabine, Ezra holds something very important along with Kanan." Hera explained and Sabine asked "What, a lightsaber?" "No, Sabine... Hope, if there are still jedi left in the galaxy, then that gives people hope." Hera said as she was leaving "Oh, and also, the squad is on their way as we speak, they notified us."

As it currently stands, i will be trying to write a new chapter everyday, but it might be two a day sometimes or somedays there won't be a new chapter, it all depends on how far ahead i am thinking, how things are with school and time.
