"What are you doing out here?" I asked

"Having a drink with a beautiful woman, what else does it look like?" He remarked.

"Like your midnight snack." I smartly replied back.

"Haha but I'm not hungry now, but if I was I still wouldn't want... you."

Wow how more ruder can a prince be. Lets jump on the fact that my own people don't think I'm good enough to date. Let alone vampire said I'm not good enough to have.

"I wouldn't want to eat you, rather have you as my loyal wife."

My reaction changed from cool to tooked back.

"What?" I said hoarsely.

"Yes I'll have you as my wife by 5 days."

"Wow your crazy for a vampire, not the first time meeting a crazy one though..."

"Watch and you'll see Mrs. West."

"Huh, I'm leaving."

I pushed him out the way and went through the ballroom to find my friend Zera.

Wonder what she doing, besides makeout with her friend.

I looked like a thousand times and more after that, but no sign of her. I went to the hallway and looked through the rooms but nothing. I got desperate and starting asking people they seen a girl with brown hair and a red dress on and strawberry earrings on. But no sign her or the man she was with.

"Oh no what if she got killed or trapped in the palace somewhere like a dungeon!" While in my worried thoughts  the prince put his hand on my shoulder which snapped me out of my thoughts.

"Ahh what are you doing, get your hand off me."

He took his hand off and he started to talk to me. 

"I know where you friend is, just follow me ok?" He said untrustingly.

"Ok, hurry up please she could be hurt!" I said worriedly.

He took my hand and showed me a door. 

"She's in there sleeping with that guy." He said.

I opened the door and sa her sleeping with that man she was kissing. 

Oh no what if she got pregnant and she's only 16! What if she got turned into a vampire or, or got hypnotised by that vampire. Or maybe she lying there because she drained of her strength! 

With thoughts racing through my head I dashed over to her almost tripping over me dress. 

"ZERA! ZERA! ZERA! WAKE UP NOW! ZERA PLEASE WAKE UP! NOW! 

"HMMM, what do you want Ava?"

"Calm down, she's ok alright." The prince said.

He touched my shoulder but I rejected.

"Don't you ever touch me again!"

I slapped his hand away and continued sobbing.

"Zera please get up we need to leave in 13 minutes."
