Chapter 1: Little Baby Piper.

"Hurry up!" Addy said, quickening her pace. Sebastian picked Lexie up and hurried to catch up to Addy, taking her by the hand, lacing his fingers into hers. They walked into the hospital and they saw Felix's mother. She smiled when she saw them.

"It's a girl!!" She said, the happiness clear in her voice. She lead them into the private room, where Lily was laying in a bed with Felix crouched next to her, a little pink bundle in her arms.

"Addy, you guys came!" Lily said softly. She looked exhausted, her blonde hair was a matted mess.

"Of course we did, sweetie." Addy said, brushing Lily's hair out of her face.

"I want you guys to meet Piper Addison." She said, proudly as she brushed the blanket away from the baby's face.

"She's so little." Lexie said in awe as she looked from Sebastian's arms, her head rested against his shoulder. "Was I that little mommy."

Addy nodded, unable to take her eyes off the little baby.

"Do you want to hold her?" Felix asked.

"Yes, please." Addy sat in the chair and Felix gently placed the tiny bundle into Addy's arms. Sebastian put Lexie down and she came over for a closer view of her little cousin.

"I'm going to grab a coffee Seb, want to come with?" Felix asked.

"Yeah, Lex, wanna come?"Seb said. Lexie nodded and grabbed Sebastian's hand, leaving the sister together.

"Lil, I'm so proud of you."

"Thanks." Lily replied, looking a little sad.

"Has mom been by yet?"

"No. Daddy came earlier, he brought that stuffed elephant, and Felix's parents are both here."

It didn't surprise Addy that her mother hadn't come. Since the wedding Addy's mother had run off with her yoga instructor, leaving Addy's father on his own.

"Addy, would you be Piper's god mother? We're going to ask Sebastian to be her god father. Please?"

"Of course! I would so honoured."

Addy kissed her sister's forehead one last time before the nurse kicked them out at the end of visiting hours and as they sat in the cab going home Lexie could not stop talking about the baby.

"Why does she smell so good? And how come she doesn't have any teeth? How does she eat?" Lexie continued when they got home and during the bed time preparation.

"Lexie, it's time for bed. We can talk all about the baby tomorrow."

"Can we go see the baby again?"

Addy sighed as Sebastian stifled a giggle, "yes, now please close your eyes and go to sleep."

Satisfied, Lexie hugged them each one more time, then snuggled into her blankets. Sebastian and Addy quickly snuck out of her room and shut the door.

"I'm going to have to have the 'where do babies come from' talk with her, I just know it." She said, her voice full of terror. She wasn't ready for her daughter to know this stuff.

"Maybe she won't ask." Sebastian said, a hopeful look on his face. She shot him a look.

"Have you met Lexie? Of course she's going to ask. She's a curious child."

"Maybe we could buy her a book?" He suggested. She smiled at the fact that he had said 'we' rather than 'you'. He had really stepped up and had been an excellent role model for Lexie.

"That's a really great idea." She said, moving closer and wrapping her arms around him.

"Are you trying to seduce me, Miss Jones." He asked, teasing her.

"Maybe a little." She teased back, whispering in his ear.

"Addy." He sighed. She looked at her watch and groaned. He had a night shoot for his newest movie and it was almost time for him to leave. She gently pushed his against the wall and kissed him, running her fingers through his hair because she knew it drove him crazy.

He kissed her back for a few minutes before softly biting her bottom lip and pulling, breaking the kiss.

"I really have to go, but let's pick up where we left off in the morning." He told her, kissing her nose. She smiled and nodded.

"Bye, I love you." He said as he left.

"Love you too!"

It wasn't until very early in the morning that Sebastian crawled into their bed, waking her up. They both only had one thing on their minds and they certainly picked up where they had left off.
