Not Her Face.(TRUE STORY) (REAL LIFE EVENTS)

I randomly surveyed 500 people

250 were girls;

200 were guys;

50 were varies random people from several different websites;

 

I posed this question;

Have you ever pretended to be some-one your not?

-          75% of the girls admitted to pretending to be a different age, different sex, or even a completely different person.

-          55% of the guys admitted to pretending to be a completely different person

-          95% of the people on varies sites admitted to pretending as of right now.

 

 

Stealing some one’s personal photo is not un-common. Honestly, you have probably done it yourself. After I experienced a similar thing that happened to me.. I went search to find out if there is mental disorder that can make you feel as if you want to pretend to be someone or something you aren’t.

I asked those same Girls and Guys why they did it.

One girl in particular said. ,’It’s fun being some-one else.. You can make up your own life… You can choose who you want to be…

 

While the rest really had no reason to validate why they had done it.

 Some girl’s even admitted to saying they fell so hard into being the person that  they were pretending to be… that they forgot they were pretending..

 

Most of the guys said. ,’to make an impression on a girl I liked or because they were “trollin’ ”

I had just turned 16 years old on January, 4th, 2010. On December, 26, 2010; my dad bought me a new laptop and got rid of my brother’s laptop hand-me-down. My brother laptop was an E-machines, and the new one my dad bought was a Toshiba. It had a built in webcam, and several other features that the old lab-top did not satisfy. Winter break had started on December 23rd and was only about a week long or so. I’d be back in school January 6th

It was around 10:00pm and I finally got the wireless internet to sync with my Toshiba and I decided to see if it worked by going on AIM and sending an IM to Gracie. Gracie was one of my best friends at the time and I had a huge crush on her. We never discussed it. I guess it kinda showed with-out mention.
