I was utterly relived. No that was an understatement, today was the day we left for our three month cruise. Friday night had been so embarrassing luckily everyone was too drunk to notice or remember me acting weird when I gathered them up after the party. So I hadn’t bothered to tell Ruth or the guys about any of the singing drinking compliments or rudeness me and Skylar had shared.

Knowing her she would have a panic attack-she is basically obsessed with his music-if she found out everything that happened. Luckily I hadn’t seen him all weekend and I was leaving for a couple months so I wouldn’t be seeing him any time soon. We were now in the car almost to the dock in Canterbury; we were to start off our trip with a week or so around France so all we had to do was cross The Channel.

I don’t remember much of the ride when we got there because I had fallen asleep somewhere within the first hour or so of driving. I woke up to Nick trying to pick me up out of the car and carry me, but I quickly struggled out of his grasp. I patted down my hair most likely sticking out all over the place from sleeping in the car.

The line was the most excruciating part of all so far. We have been standing in line to go onboard for about 45 minutes by now. Apparently since they only had about 150 students actually going they had to make sure all the rooms were ready and the “off limits” signs were posted where us passengers were not supposed to be. When we were finally onboard Ruth and I set off to find our room.

Luckily we were sharing rooms, the school board allowed it since I was still fairly new to this school. When we found our room 30 minutes of walking around with three months worth of luggage isn’t the most uplifting experience, once we busted through the door claimed our beds…. We hadn’t even bothered to unpack or anything we just toppled over on our beds face first and silently lie there, and fell asleep.

“Leave it to me to live recklessly, oh whoa oh

I know this shouldn’t be legal,

Leave it to me to live recklessly, oh whoa oh

I know this shouldn’t be legal”

It was about midday and me and Ruth and Jonathon had been hanging out on the sky deck blaring our music off our boom box. A little Allstar weekend this shouldn’t be legal was a fantastic way to start off our summer trip. We were having so much fun so far, this morning we all got into a food fight in the common area and hadn’t even gotten in trouble. We only got told to go clean ourselves up. I’m guessing that’s where the other guys were.

After we had gotten all cleaned up from our little food fight and got changed into my bikini and put my blond hair up in a bun grabbed my aviators and ipod we all went out to the pool and just splashed around for a while, I thought it was majorly cool to have a pool onboard a ship. Now we were just chillin’ on the sundeck waiting for the other guys to eventually show up. Oh speak of the devil….

“Sorry guys, they had an all you can eat buffet for lunch.” Brandon looked at us from under his eye lashed, obviously trying to pull off the innocent puppy dog look. I rolled my eyes.

“Yea dude, it had food that I haven’t even heard of. And that’s saying something comin’ from me…” Tyler said. By now I learned it was utterly shocking how much that boy ate and he still stayed so gosh dang skinny, he was like shaggy from Scooby Doo. I chuckled at that thought of him running around saying “Zoinks!” and jumping into one of the guys’ arms.

“Its cool dude we’ve just been chillin’ besides that leaves me more time with these lovely ladies right here. Who knows maybe ill snag one for myself.” Jonathon saying sneaking a wink at me and Ruth. We both burst our laughing in unison. After a couple minutes we were doubled over clutching our ribs from laughing so hard. I could barley hear it but Jonathon mumbled something along the lines of “shesh it’s not that funny….” I tried to collect myself but the look that I was faced with through my teary eyes from laughing only made me laugh more. He had his lips out and big blue eyes were full of sorrow. A very good overdramatic sad face.
