I stood in the mirror and admired my cap and gown. I smiled. I'm finally graduating! I made it out with A's, B's and C's. I checked the time then grabbed my phone and rushed down the stairs.

"I'm ready!" I yelled in excitement.

My grandma and Rashad both looked at me with glee in their eyes. I smiled again.

"You lool beautiful," Rashad stated while handing me a white rose to match my cap and gown.

"Thanks, babe," I couldn't stop smiling. I reached up and wrapped my arms around his neck then leaned up and kissed his lips.

"Remember I'm still here," Grandma Tiny pressed.

I instantly snatched back and turned a faint red. "Sorry," I said.

"Don't sweat it, but you look amazing, sweetheart," She smiled lightly at me. She handed me a diamond bracelet that sparkled in the light. I gasped then took it.

"It was your mothers and that's not all you get for your graduation gift, but I thought this one was special," She smiled lightly as tears beamed the lining of her eyes.

"Grandma, thank you. It's beautiful," I smiled. I instantly leaped onto her, wrapping my arms around her small body. "Is my dad coming?" As soon as I asked that, the doorbell went off. I ran to open it and there stood my dad with two other women. I gasped then pulled all three of them into a hug. I pulled away after a few seconds then invited them in.

"Okay. Auntie Bee and Auntie Bre this is Rashad, Rashad this is Auntie Bee and Auntie Bre," I said with a smile.

"Hello," Rashad said with a smile. They all dragged him and my grandma into the other room as my dad had a frown on his face.

"What the hell happened to Quan," My dad asked while folding his arms over his chest.

I groaned. "We broke up and Rashad and I are only talking right now. We're not dating," I explained.

"What happened between you and Quan,"

I looked at my dad then shrugged. "I don't wanna talk about it right now,"

"Oh. Sorry. Well, why isn't Rashad getting ready for his graduation because yall are the same age,"

"He graduated early with A's," I was getting irritated by him asking all these questions.

"That's good, but daddy's girl is all grown up," He sighed.

I walked over to him and gave him a tight hug. I pulled away then looked at him.

"And daddy's girl will always love you," I smiled then kissed his cheek.

"Good. Don't forget about me either,"

I laughed then joined everyone in the other room. They were all smiling and laughing.

"Ok. Let's go guys, I don't want to be late," I smiled then turned to walk toward the door.

"Can I ride with Rashad," I asked while standing beside his car.

"Uh, sure," They all said in unison.

Rashad opened my car door then I slid in and he shut the door then got in on his side. He started the car and the radio began to play. I laughed as the car was filled with the voice of Lana Del Ray. He quickly changed the song.

"Really? That's cute," I said softly.

"Don't judge me," He laughed as the song loaded and began to play "Blah Blah Blah" by Rich Homie Quan.

I began to dance in my seat as we got onto the highway.

"She try to text me, I'm like blah blah blah blah. If yeen talkin bout no money, I'm like blah blah blah blah," I heard Rashad singing along to the lyrics.
