When I Saw You

I was so nervous to post this because I think this'll be a fail. But I said to myself, why not take the risk?

I'm warning you though, this is a lesbian story. If you're homophobic or a person who doesn't support two women together, I suggest you read another story.

I'm still in the process of writing a story where the pair is heterosexual and I think you might like that. If you don't support gay people, I mean. Or if you also like those stories whether you're gay or whatsoever.

When I Saw You

"...Aca-scuse me? Synchronized lady dancing to a Mariah Carey chart-topper is not lame."

"We sing covers of songs and compete in National Championships."

I was watching Pitch Perfect for I guess the third time now but I was interrupted when my bedroom door opened. I gasped but realized it was just Julie, my best friend.

"Hey Brooke!" She greeted and I waved my hand but continued to watch the movie. She sighed and sat beside me. She whined when she saw what I was watching.

"Seriously? It's like your 55th time watching that movie," I groaned and paused the movie on my laptop.

"Hey! It's only my third time!" I defended, although I don't mind if I still continued watching it for at least fifty times.

"Why do you like movies that are related to music anyway?"

"I don't know. Music makes everything better, even movies. Without music, life would be boring."

"Whatever. Get dressed, we're going out."

"Oooh, a date?" I joked and placed my laptop on my dresser.

"Yeah, you want that?" She asked in a flirty tone and straddled my lap. Her face only inches from mine and we looked at each other's eyes with her chocolate brown hair falling on either side of my face.
