"You're just worried, ..about us." A decently built man said, his words sounded harsh, of course trying to prove a point.
A slightly taller, get more feminine man turned and looked at him, "Look. This is our job, we're supposed to worry about the subject and not our relationship. I really love you, I do, but I need to focus on my current job, and you do too."
As the taller man walked down the hall of the lab, the shorter followed, and kept pestering him about things unimportant.
"Nori, come on.. stop. I need to go check if the subject is okay, I just told you this, aren't you supposed to be going through files, the opposite direction from here?"
Nori sighed, before speaking to him again, which ended up causing a tail of arguments, eventually leading to it calming down after a while,
"Nori, I'm sorry okay but this is my job, and we'll be nothing if you get—" he froze up, Nori looked at him confused before he heard it as well, the rapid beating of a heart monitor, along with screams, that where silent at least a second ago, and Nori watched as the man ran into the room it was coming from, that was gladly a few doors away, before following.
The other man of course seemed really worried and scared, looking for a way to calm.. whatever kind of entity that was, pressing the 'help needed' button multiple times.
All the man remembered was finding something bad, really, really bad, and just staying still as Nori ran out the room, before shouting at him to follow, when he didn't Nori cane back just as he was leaving, right as he got to the door the floor collapsed under him, and Nori grabbed his hand,
"Come on..! Get out of there Nikki!" He pulled Nikki up, and all they saw was white,
They got out, probably.
