"Serenity!" I yelled out, trying to make her come back. I was so weak... I can't even keep my best friend happy! I am a hopeless human being.

The room was filled with a silence, trying to grasp what had just happened. What Serenity said when Caden went after her. All three of us sat on the couch, our eyes burning into the wooden door, praying Serenity would come through. Hopeing she would be back to herself, smiley and skiping asking what was wrong with us,  that this was all a nightmare. That we could at least all hug it ut and be the strong team I know we are.

But nothing happened, and I had a feeling nothing would.

"It's no point to just sit here," said a weary, hearbroken, looking Caden. The bags set under his eyes gave away how stressed he was. Between making Serenity happy, and us, he was a busy dude.

"Well wat do you want to do? We can't just go look for her. She needs space, which is something she hasn't gotten in a while. We haven't let her." I said, looking right at Caden. I knew how badly he wanted o go after Serenity. It was written all over his face.

"How about we go... on an adventure!!!" Levi yelled, while a look of pure joy flashed on his face. Caden and I turned our bodies to face Levi. "We can go hike around... or swim! Whatever you wanna do!!"

While his soft voice talked, all I could think of was Serenity. How sad she would be if we went without her. I could just see her pout, or the tears. Both would only make me cry along.

"Ummm... do you think I could get Sen real fast.... I just don't..." I didn't know if they wanted her to come along, but I sure did.

"Of corse we want her to come!" Caden said very defensively. His eyes held a look that told me, 'one way or another, she's coming!' That look just lifted the weight off my shoulders.

"I'll talk to her." I said

"Okay. We'll get everything together!" Levi said, looking into my very soul with those eyes of his.

Cue the butterflies....

I gave a weak smile before getting up off the beloved couch. I kissed Caden's cheek like I normally do, this time having to imigane Serenity's jealous pou. It was a habbit of mine to kiss, but only for him really. Ever since my feelings grew for Levi, the kisses slowly fadded. It makes me nervous, the thought of my lips on his perfect skin. Of corse, I still do kiss his cheek every now and then just so I don't seem out of place.

But this time, when I kissed Caden's cheek, I swae I saw Levi's eyes flash with jealously. I moved too fast to really be sure though. Before I could even process what the look had been, I had left.

I knew Serenity had gone to a guy I like to call Ben's. He was the nicest, always there when you needed a friend, and him and Serenity were close friends. So I was almost positive that's where she had run off to. His cabin was pretty far from ours anyway, so it took me a bit to make it. I didn't mind, I liked the feeling of the loose rocks being kicked by my feet. Oh what a nice day it was. I knew Serenity had calmed down because the sky was a beautiful ocean after storm blue. Not many campers were out, most campers here just did whatever. Train, sleep, hang, ect.

"Hey you're Lillie, right?" I heard a dep voice ask. I turned, and my breath caught in my throte for a moment. A guy with pitch black hair that hung over his left eye stood there, his skin was a scary albino white, and his burning green eyes seemed to reflect his haterid.

"Yea...umm... That would be me." I said, shakily. Something about him set my body in fear mode.

"Ahh. I've been looking for you, you see I think you can help me find something of mine" He said smauglr, shoving his hands into his pockets.

"Uhh-"

"Let me tell you something very interesting, Lillian. Something very interesting..." he said while a glint of evil danced in his green eyes. He took a step forward, a smirk locked on his lips.

Fear seemed to overrule my body, I was frozen. Frozen in front of his cold, yet firery eyes. He leaned down to my ear, and let a deep, low chuckle escape his mouth.

"I know your little secret. A little secret that's not so little. So, Lillian Rose Tate, I sudgust you do what I say. You don't want your friends to hate you, do you?" He taunted, as he straightened again. His smirk remained, because he knew he had me.

"Okay... What do you want?"
