Valentine may be gone but Johnathan was back. He had the group cornered in flames. "I can get my revenge and you can do nothing!" The blonde yelled. "Now that's not true!" Clary yelled. "Yeah. I agree with Fairchild." The group looked over to see a girl with pale pink hair. She had cuts and bruises all over her. Her hair was sticking to the bits of blood on her body. A giant sword was on her back which was also covered in blood.

"You can't do anything." Johnathan retorted. "Yeah? Well you may be a demon Johnathan but you are nothing compared to me." She drew her sword and held it to his neck. "You're supporting a man who killed innocent people." The sword pressed against his neck. "He killed demons." The girl shoved him to the ground the sword digging into his neck. "My parents were Shadowhunters and not downworlders. He'd have no reason to kill them but he did." The venom leaked from her voice.

"Y/n, you know who you are. You can help me." "Never." She pressed it so hard his neck started to bleed. "Your parents are alive!" He shouted in pain. "What?" She question. Johnathan smacked away the sword and pushed her against the wall. "Your parents are alive. My father hid them. He's been using them to get to you. You know who you are." The group was starting to question who this girl was. Her eyes flashed black before turning into pink cat eyes. She shoved Johnathan off. "Where are they?" She demanded. "I said where are they!"

He scoffed. "A storage unit here. Like you'll make it to see them." Her hands burned a black flame around it. She grabbed onto his neck hoisting him into the air. "Burn in hell." She grabbed her sword and plunged in through him. She dropped his lifeless body to the ground. She stared almost dead at her bloody hands. She turned to the group who look mostly horrified. "Let me help." She casted a spell. The black magic dropped the fire and freed them. She grabbed her stuff and began to leave. "Wait."

Alec grabbed her arm. "Come back with us to the institute and we'll clean you up. Plus we have more than a few questions to ask." She stared at the raven before giving in. "Yeah sure." She followed the group. The warlock by the name of Magnus opened a portal for them to go through. The group stepped in, y/n trailing behind the raven.

They took her to the infirmary and got her cleaned up. She had a few demon wounds from attacking Johnathan's guards. Apparently she was so focused on finding Johnathan she didn't heal them despite her magic. "So why do you choose to use weapons when you have magic?" Alec asked helping clean up her arm. She wasn't wearing her shirt since her torso was covered. Alec couldn't help but get flushed at the girl's black bra. "It drains more of my energy if I use magic so I prefer to use combat. Besides as you can see my magic is a little less than normal." She hissed slightly as he wrapped her hand.

"Yeah. Why is that?" Alec asked finishing up her left side moving to her right. "My parents worked with Valentine and while I was a baby he injected my mom with demon blood so me being a warlock, which is part demon, it added more. Which adds the whole black magic and demon eyes." She watched Alec intently. "Do you like your parents?" She shook her head. "No they were horrible." "Then why did you want them to be alive?" "I was upset that Valentine got to kill them first. They made my life a living hell. I honestly wanted to kill them myself." Alec frowned. "But now they're alive. What are you going to do?" She thought for a moment. "I'll turn them over to what you guys call The Clave. They deserve everything they get."

Alec got up and handed her a shirt. "Well let's go get them. I'll help you since you aren't fully healed. I'll have The Clave come down while we get into the unit." She nodded and Alec helped her down from the bed. She was anything but okay. She was sore and wrapped in bandages. She had to wear one of Clary's loose shorts so it didn't press against her wounds. The only good thing is cause she's so tall she wore one of Alec's shirt which smelt like lavender and cologne which makes her question if he ever washed it. Izzy came in earlier and braided her hair. She kept complementing her on the color which she could only say thank you. "Ready?" Alec asked. She took a deep breath before nodding.

"But we're your parents!" Y/n's mom yelled. "Yeah and you let some random guy inject me with demon blood." She watched as a group of men dragged her parents away. She felt no sympathy for them. Alec grabbed her hand gently. "Come on. Let me show you to your room." She smiled and followed him. They stepped into a room decorating in brown and gold. "It's really nice. Valentine practically worked me to death so a bed is very nice." Alec gave a small smile as y/n laid on the bed and sank in.

Alec came over and laid next to her. "Will you like it here?" Alec asked. "Most likely. It might be difficult since I'm a warlock and everyone here is a shadowhunter." She rolled to face him. "They'll love you. Don't worry." He rolled to face her as well. They just stared at each other in silence. Even though y/n's face was covered in little cuts Alec loved it. "A picture last longer Lightwood." She spoke in a soft manor as if she was teasing him. Alec placed a small kiss on her forehead. "Get some sleep. You have to heal." She frowned a little but agreed. She pressed a soft kiss against his lips before flipping around and heading to sleep. Alec had the widest smile on his face when she pulled away as if the world had suddenly stopped and started again and boy was he happy.
