Chapter One: Kaden's P.O.V.
"Aww baby girl I'm going to miss you so much.This is going to be a very long summer without you."
My Dad said as he looked over the news paper and took a Sip of his coffee.
"Daddy I know I'm going to miss you too remember we Can still face time ever night before I go to bed. You still have Lou-lou here."
"Honey it's not the same she's a dog not a human or my princess. What if you don't like it their ? or your mom gets all tied in with her boyfriend and forget about you."?
"Dad I'm 16 I'm sure I Can Handel myself trust me mom won't forget about me. I will love it in California. And plus I'm just going for the summer. I'm coming back. "
" Ugh! I don't want you to go."
"Dad you promised me you will not start the nagging again about me going to California. If you didn't want me to go then why say Yes when I asked"?
I said putting my last pieces of clothing in my suite case.
"Because I know how much you miss your mother."
"Okay then Dad, enough talking about me leaving. I still have 3 hours until I have to be at the air port. How about we get some food then drive to the air port"?
"Fine come give Dad a kiss. "
I gave him a kiss on the cheek as you Can see I'm a daddy's girl.
I have more brothers and sisters but they live with my mom in California. My parents split apart when I was 10 years old ,it was hard for me because it had felt like we were a happy family always having fun and being around one another .
One day dad cought my mom having sex with another man in the house. So they Both filed for a divorce everthing happened so fast next thing I knew my Dad had full custody over me.
Before leaving my dad's house for the summer I had to go say good bye to my boyfriend Alex I love him so much but we are on a "brake " right now .
Relationship problems but he knows his place and I know mine but I still got love for the kid. Good thing he lived right across the yard from me.
My Dad was in the bathroom getting dressed ,so I went out the back door Alex's room was on the Side of his house.
I knocked on the window and I climbed in. He looked so cute with out his shirt on so all his tattoos were showing.
He kept a straight face looking at our picture that was hanging above his bed.
His face was sad, mad confused all the above. Something was not right.
"Hey Alex "
I said reaching my arms out for a hug.
"What's up Kaden" ?
He gave me a petty hug no body to body shit or nothing.
"What's wrong. I thought you were fine with me going to California for the summer "
"I was until I got this feeling that you might cheat on me with some other dude! "
" Wow really were is all this coming from. ? I would never cheat on you. I have been faithful to you this whole 3 years why would I start now."?
