Ocean waves

One moment it's calm

The next it's crashing violently like waves against rocks

It's unstable; a whirling storm

It is an ocean of emotion

Dark creatures swim within

There's so much you won't explore

Like seaweed strangling me

Choking the air from my lungs

I drown down further and further

Blurred senses; imprisoned to the seabed

Pain surges through my mind

Sharks rending flesh apart from the inside

I can't speak when the water fills my mouth

Tears salty like the beach

Clouds clear up and the storm will pass

Sudden stillness consumes the violence

My mind is like an Ocean
