Lillie's P.O.V

I sat on a bench I had found, somewhere in the middle of the forest. I hadn't gone back to my cabin, I needed to be alone. All the trees and grass reminded me of Mace's glowing green eyes.
"Lillie! There you are!" I heard Serenity exclaim, running up to me.
"Sen? How'd you...."
"Find you? Lil, I can talk to trees you know! They told me." She smiled her beautiful smile, but my heart stopped. The trees tell her things? What if they told her that I gave her away to Mace? That Ana claimed me?
"Now, come on! The boys are waiting. They've set their tents up and everything. All we need is you!"
I didn get it. I looked into her eyes, but something seemed.... Different.
I shrugged it off and decided not to say anything. She took my hand, and we walked back to our cabin to pack. Something about Serenity set me off, but I wasn't going to say anything.
"Now, hurry and pack!" She said, stuffing things into her bag. The thought of camping made me nervous, not the camping itself, but the fact that Mace could watch us easier. I faked a smile and shoved random cloths into my bag.
"Ready Lil?"
"Yea... I'm good." I replied, and she took my hand again.
"Is something wrong Lillie?" She asked, laced with concern.
"No. Let's go catch up with the boys!" She laughed, and started dragging me to the site.
My bag seemed to be light, but Serenity's seemed to be dragging her down. The way she kept pushing it up then sighing as it slipped down her shoulder. I could tell she was clearly annoyed, annoyed and frustrated.
"Her Ser let me hold that for you." I said while she had to fix her bag once again. She looked up at me and gave me a slight glare.
"I got this. " Serenity says while pulling her bag up.
"Fine be that way." I answered while turning my head to the side so I could see her. Of course I was joking, I could never truly be angery at her for to long. I'm a sucker at being pulled into a guilt trip. I always find myself trying to make others happy, even if I didn't do anything wrong.
"I'm was joking,Here you take my bag." Serenity says while throwing her bag right at my face.
"Thank you, anything else you need done." I roll my eyes just to add to the fact I was treating her like a princess, which in some ways she was.
"Well how bout you do my toes, feed me grapes, and give my royal dog a bath." She says while a toothy smile takes over her face. But the glint in her eye was still there. I didn't know what it was, but it didn't fit her mood right now.
