One day Ally, Anna, Sam, and I were at Anna's birthday party. They were all in Anna's room talking when they heard a knock at the door. Anna's mom answered it and there was no one there. Ally, the brave one in the group went outside and searched for who it was. She saw a huge shadow behind her. Sam and I went out to find Ally. Anna soon followed. I saw Ally and the shadow. It was coming from behind a wall. Ally turned and screamed! She looked at us and yelled, "RUN!" Sam ran to Ally and said, " I'm not leaving without you Ally", she grabbed Ally's arm and ran. I caught up to Anna and we screamed. We got to Anna's car, but the door was locked. " Anna, Anna.", we all heard in a creepy voice. " Anna!" , we heard the voice scream! I looked over to Anna and I didn't see her! "Where's Anna?" , I asked with a nervous voice. I was yanking on the car door and much as I could. Ally and Sam finally caught up breathless. " Who was in the shadow?", Sam asked. Before Ally could answer, she floated in the air. " Ally you know too much. Come with me", the voice said. Ally floated in the air and disappeared. All that was left was Sam and I. We yanked on the door and found it was no use.
We decided to run. I felt someone touch my shoulder and I thought it was Sam. I kept repeating in my head, don't turn around, don't turn around! I felt a warm breath. Don't turn around, don't turn around! We kept running and Sam tripped! I turned around to help her. Why did you turn around Lindsey why? I'm trying to help her! I argued with myself. I leaned down to help Sam and I saw someone else's feet. Don't look up, don't look up, I thought. I looked up. Why don't I listen to myself? I looked up and I saw a man. He wasn't that scary. Why did Ally yell run? He's only a little bit taller than me. I stared at the man. He had tan skin and black hair. The only thing scary about him is that he had many scars on his face. " What do you want from us? Why we're you chasing us? Who are you?", Sam and I had so many questions. "It's not what I want from you, it's what my master wants from you," he said. His voice was not the creepy voice we heard earlier. " I will not tell you my name or my master's name," he said. " Where is Anna? Where is Ally?" Sam asked. " I will not say," the man said. " LET THEM GO!" I yelled. "Do what I say and you will live," he said. " Why should we listen to you?" Sam asked. " Let me show you," he said. He reached in his pocket and took out a pouch filled with dust. He took out a little and threw it in the air. In the air, the dust transformed into a screen. On the screen, we say Ally and Anna! They were in chains and were struggling. "We found the person who made the shadow," Sam said. " That's not the person. I am forced not to tell you who she is," Ally said. So now I know that the master is a girl and she's NOT mortal. Don't worry Ally, we'll get you out of this," Sam said when the video turned back into dust. " If you won't tell us your name, at least let us call you something," I said to the man. " Bird," he said. " What?" Sam and I said at the same time. "Call me Bird," he said. "Um ok," Sam said. " Ok, what do you want us to do," I said, " Ugh i mean, what does your master want us to do?" " My master master needs wings
