Phew... So yes... This is a major turning chapter... Two or three chapters in past and we'll be there in present... And trust me present track is as good as past... may be more exciting...

(Okay so, if you remember we ended up the last chapter with Nandini's present POV. So we will continue with her POV in flashback again. The feelings I wanted to convey with Manik's POV has been shown. It's still a bit mysterious. I know. But The story is that way. This chapter plays a major role in the whole story line and that's why it took me almost 5 months to come back and write this up. So here's presenting Nandini's POV again. In Flashback)
I stretched my arms lazily on the bed and fluttered my eyes for some time finally letting them open to the ceiling. The fan above me was moving round and round. I kept staring at it until a cool breeze entered in the room which made me shiver. Sitting up on bed I looked at my side. A small smile kept on my lips as I saw Alia sleeping beside me almost covered with soft blanket till her neck, her lips parted as she was snoring. I giggled lowly and made myself some black coffee.
I walked towards the balcony of our room which gave a sudden peace.

I inhaled the morning breeze and exhaled. A smile kept on my lips as I closed my eyes and let the soft sunrays hit my face.

I opened my eyes and smiled more sipping my coffee. I kept looking out and then suddenly my eyes darted at one place. Or rather on someone.
He was running on the small routes, wearing those big headphones wearing a black jacket with blue tracks. I couldn't take my eyes of him but instead they ran along with him. He stopped just in front of the resort gate and panted with his hands on his knees. He stretched his arms and drank the water gulping it all down. He walked inside the resort and greeted the random person smiling and laughing with him.
