It was dark.
That's all she's ever known.
Darkness and arguing.
So when her father takes a new idea, She ends up agreeing.
She'd save her people, Save them even if it meant suffering in a loveless arrangement.

~Time skip to the present day~
It's been a few years since the 'marriage' And Allura May have underestimated how bad this would be.
The girl walks down a corridor, Glancing around with a tired sigh.
Lotor was a fighter, he was constantly training in the castle so she didn't even have his company, but she'd rather be on her own than with someone like him.
She also found something else out.
He is very handsome.
His features had never really stood out to her, but now they do. The way he speaks, The way he does anything makes her heart flutter.
Yet he won't even talk to her that much.
"Allura, you look sad.." The voice had made her jump, as she turned her head to see Lance, looking at her with a small glance of concern.
"Oh, Don't worry I'm fine.. Just thinking of things is all!" She looks at him, smiling and Messing with her hair, Running her fingers through it.
"Oh, I was worried for a moment.. You're so lucky you know?" Lance looked at her with a quiet laugh, Leaning against the wall.
"You have Lotor, He's so handsome and charming.."
As lance went on his little rant, Allura didn't understand why she felt jealous.
She couldn't like Lotor, Could she?
