'mikey, we can't. we don't have the right clothes for her' michael whined and gave luke puppy dog eyes as he held ella up, he eyes lighting up when seeing luke's face up close. luke melted and sighed, going to his room to grab clothes.

snow was something that both luke and michael loved, but luke thought that this year it was just too much for ella. they didn't have snow clothes for her, and luke was far too nervous about neighbors seeing her. he bit is nail as he waited for michael to return.

'okay, i thought that if we wrapped her in a bunch of flannels then it would keep her warm and she wouldn't get frostbite' luke sighed and nodded, crossing his arms in front of his chest. he watched as he wrapped ella in around ten of his old flannels. she was giggling as michael wrapped her up. 

'look, she looks so nice and warm, the snow won't even think to mess with her' luke shook his head as he watched ella try to walk properly. she stumbled and fell and luke couldn't help but laugh.

luke took ella as far out as their covered porched, which the wind had so generously provided a nice heaping of snow. ella nervously looked at the snow, watching as michael picked some up and squatted in front of her. 

'el, this is snow. its really fun. here' ella out her hands out and took the little bit of snow from michael. she couldn't feel how cold it was, but she smiled widely.

'snow!' she held it in her hands tightly, obviously unaware of the fact that snow melts. after only seconds of the snow being compressed between her warm hands, it started to melt. ella pouted and let the snow, or what was left of it, to fall to the ground in front of her

she wasn't too interested in it after a few minutes, quickly asking to go back inside. luke thought it was a good idea, still not liking ella being out in the open. michael sighed, he literally just put all of those clothes on her because he thought she might like the snow.

'c'mon ella, ill get you unchanged' luke said. holding ellas hand and leaving michael to go in on his own.
