I get woken up 3 times by my phone going off like crazy but am in to deep of sleep to check it. It goes off another time and I finally check it. First I check the time and it says 3:20 am and I sigh. I look at all my notifications and there from my boyfriend, Diego.

Diego❤️: I'm here all alone
Diego❤️: I can't breathe
Diego❤️: my anxiety is bad right now
Diego❤️: i can't hardly move
Diego❤️: please respond rose I'm sitting on the ground crying and I can't stop

I jump out of my bed and don't even face the fact that I'm only hearing a hoodie and my underwear and put on my white vans and run to Diego's house. This doesn't really happen much. Xan and I have only been together for 7 months and this is the 3rd time this has happened and its scary. Xan only lives 2 blocks away from me but we live in a busy street so people saw me running without my pants but at the moment I didn't care. After running for 15 minutes in the rain I open his door to his house and find him in the corner crying his eyes out. I run over to him and hug him tightly. Something that helps him is if someone hugs him tightly and there's calm music. There a song by xxxtentacion called "hate will never win" and that calms him down. While he's still crying in my arms I lead him to the couch. "Rose I feel like I'm gonna die" he tells me while crying harder and harder. "Hey hey, why do you say that baby?" I say while running my fingers through his hair. "My body h-h-urts " he says. I put his head against my chest and he hugged me and falls asleep and I do the same.
