Meghan's POV:
I knew joey liked him.
When you know someone for 9 years you know that stuff.
I sat with Joey and Stacy and David sat together.
Shane sat alone but was on the edge of the seat with us.
I whispered to joey
Meghan: So you think he's gay?
Joey: No.
He looked down
Joey: Someone that cute has to be straight, I mean girls must be all over him.
Joey looked really sad so I ruffled his hair he leaned on me.
Meghan: Hey anything can happen.
Stacy whispered in my ear
Stacy: Is joey ok?
Meghan: He's scared I will tell you after school.
Joey: My house after school?
David: Sure what time?
Joey: 3:00
Stacy: Meghan.
I moved over and leaned to her
Meghan: what?!?
Stacy: Invite shane!
Meghan: I can't do that.
Stacy: No look here's the plan, no one shows up but shane *wink*
Meghan: Ohhh ok.
I saw a jock get on.
Sawyer: Hey losers!
He barged through all of our knees
David: Really? Sawyer were not dealing with this again this year. Leave us alone we didn't do anything
Meghan: David sit down! *whispered.
Sawyer turned and kicked him in the shin causing David to fall in pain back in his seat.
Joey got up at my surprise
Joey: Saywer?
Sawyer turned around and joey punched him right in the nose
Stacy and David gasped
Meghan: JOEY!
Sawyer shoved him on the bus floor and kicked his ribs
Joey got up and sat down with tears in his eyes.
Meghan: What the hell was that about?!?!?
Joey couldn't speak. he was in so much pain it hurt for me to even look at him.
I hugged him he mumbled something
Joey: one friend.
Suddenly I felt all how weight fall on my shoulder before he was holding back most of his weight
Meghan: Joey?!?
No response.
Joey passed out.
Stacy, David, And Shane looked over.
We got to the school and the bus driver asked what happened. we were still on the bus after joey passed out to make sure he was fine but still no response.
Bus driver: So he just passed out?
Meghan: yes m'am.
She used the radio and told the school the prince able came over to our bus
Mr.Hall: Kids go to class.
Mr.hall called the ambulance.
I started crying and David hugged me.
David: He'll be fine.
Meghan: Promise?
David: Promise.
