New years Eve at a party: 

Nathans POV:

HE SHOOTS HE SCORES!! THE CROWD GOES WILD " RAHHHHHH " My dad and I have been playing basketball all night then suddenly my mom walks in: " you guys seriously need to go out and interact with people. Did you only come here for the basketball court? " My dad and I both nod and say " yeahh ". My dad and I walk out of the gym to the party part of the place. I sit in a seat watching the last contestants of karaoke finish their song.

Lexi's POV:

Im sitting at this party reading a book like the bookworm that I am. My mom comes in saying " Lexi you really need to get out there and have some fun! " " Mom I dont know anyone at this party so whats the point? "says Lexi. " My point is that we just moved and you need to make some friends and you never know, you could meet someone really cool. " Lexi and her mom exit and go to the main party. Then Lexi sits on a chair and starts reading her book. 

Host of the party POV: 

" ALRIGHT I KNOW I SAID THAT WAS THE LAST ROUND BUT I FOUND TWO MORE PEOPLE I THINK WOULD LOVE TO SING TOGETHER "

Nathans POV:

Im sitting on this couch / chair looking thing then suddenly a bright light shines on me with the host saying " COME ON NATHAN YOU GOT THIS " Then the next thing I know im being pushed on the stage. 

Lexi's POV:

Im sitting down for literally 30 seconds 30 FREAKING SECONDS and suddenly a bright light shines in my face saying " HEY NEWB WHY DONT YOU GET OUT OF THAT BOOK AND COME SING!? "
