Hi , my name is Audri Connaway and I am currently living in Florida but my mother got a job promotion as a nurse so we are moving to Houston in 2 days . I hate that we are moving so far , I'll miss a lot about Florida but I'll make the best out of it .....

A little about me....

I'm 15 years old and I'll be going to the 11th grade when the school year starts . I have an younger sister who's name is April she is 13 years old . I'm 5'7 , Mixed , brown curly hair , long when it's straightened, my birthday is November 16 , and that's about it . You'll learn more about me throughout the story

*2 days later*
Sunday , 9:57 p.m , August 17
We just made it to Houston and I'm pretty excited about the move , now that I'm here. Since school doesn't start until next Monday my mom thinks I should get to know the area. I didn't have any close friends because I'm a shy person so hopefully that changes because I think I'll be here for awhile.I'm going to the look around the city with my younger sister , April , she's shy like me so my mom wants her to make friends too.I have kinda a busy tomorrow so Good night !
*Next Day*
Monday , 8:02 , August 18
I woke up to the sun shining through my window. I took my IPhone off the charger and checked the time. It is 8:02 , I have always been the type to wake up early even on the weekends.I got out of bed , did my hygiene , and then made my bed. I don't really wear makeup just mascara and lip gloss so it doesn't take me long to get ready. I just threw on a hoodie and sweats because I wasn't going to the mall until a couple hours. I smelled breakfast so I grabbed my phone and went downstairs." Good morning mama " I said followed by a kiss on the cheek." Good morning Audrey " she replied. A couple minutes later April ( younger sister ) came down the steps. " Good morning lil sis " I said to April , she replied with " Good morning dri dri ". My little sister and I are pretty close I tell her everything and vice versa. After we ate breakfast , we pretty much just talked about the new city until it was time for April and I to go explore the city , while my mom went to go tour the hospital she would start working at in a couple of weeks. We decided to go to the galleria mall first so we changed and my mom dropped us off.

* 1 hour into the mall *
We went to a couple of stores in the mall. It is very big and pretty. We got hungry so we are going to the food court. We decided on Sonic so I ordered a 4pc. Tenders with tater tots and a strawberry ice cream shake and April got the same thing. We found a seat across from a boy and a girl that looked my age and a younger boy that looked April's age. The girl was pretty and the boys were handsome. They look like they all might be related. She caught the oldest boy and the girl staring at her and also seen the youngest boy staring at April. Then they came and sat at our table.
The siblings in unison : Wassup pretty ladies
Audri : Um hi
April : Hello
Oldest brother : What are y'alls name ?
Audri : Audri and this is my little sister April , How may I help y'all ?
Oldest boy : we have never seen y'all around here before are y'all new around this area ?
Audri : yes what are you guys' names ?
Oldest boy : Christopher but call me Chris
Sister : Cristal
Youngest brother : Christian
Chris : How old are y'all ?
Audri : I'm 15 and my sister is 13
Cristal : I'm 15 and Chris is 17 and Christian is 13
Audri : Cool y'all are the first people we have met we just moved from Florida yesterday
Cristal : that's cool we should hang out some times
Everybody else : yeah
Audri : let's exchange numbers then y'all seem pretty cool

Audri : My mom dropped us off but she's busy right now , so I guess the bus
Cristal : We can give you a ride , right Chris ?
Chris : of course
* arriving at Audri's house *
Chris : Wait you live here ?
Audri : Yes
Cristal : I knew we had new neighbors but I didn't  know it was you
Chris : yeah , but we can hang out a lot more now that we know we're neighbors
Audri : Your right , well thanks for the ride , text me 
Everybody else : Bye and ok
* Later that evening *

Audri 😍👀 : I'm 15 , A sophomore , I play volleyball , 5'7 , and I'm single also
