There Still Is Hope

ON YAVIN 4

A few days after the battle of Atollon and the loss of Commander Sato and Kanan, the Ghost crew were missing a jedi that they desperately needed. Sabine had an idea on that, so she called a meeting with the crew and a few other Generals. "I propose, that since we are missing a jedi, i go and look for Ezra Bridger. We need jedi to help keep up the morale and give hope to people that this rebellion might actually work." Sabine said with conviction, "I agree with her, if we want a higher chance of victory in this war, we need at least on jedi." General Raddus agreed, but Mon Mothma disagreed slightly, "It is true, having jedi helps morale, but we cant use resources on blind hopes that we can find him." Sabine then remembered, "But i know where he is, he is on Cilpar. When i followed him before the battle of Atollon, we ended up on a planet named Cilpar, he said that he has a sister and an uncle there." "Well that changes everything. Commander Wren, i give you permission to go and find Commander Bridger." Mon Mothma said and smiled at that new revelation.

2 HOURS AFTER THE MEETING

"Hey Sabine, you are going after Ezra?" Wedge asked, "Yeah, what does it matter to you? Want to come and help?" Sabine responded, Wedge then slowly asked, "Why are you going after him? I mean, he left us, the rebellion. You know there is a low chance that he will be coming back." "Wedge, there are three things, 1, I will never be with you, 2, I'm doing this for the rebellion and 3, I'm doing this for the crew... and myself." And with that, Sabine got into her star fighter and took off towards Cilpar, Wedge looking after her until his commanding officer told him to get back to work.

4 HOURS LATER ON CILPAR

"Well, after this long flight, i hope that this is worth it." Sabine said to herself. She landed where she landed the last time she was here. She looked at the house for a moment and then got out of the fighter. "Sabine, what are you doing here, i thought i told you that i will never come back." Ezra said suddenly, Sabine fell of the ladder because of that. After she got up she immediately told Ezra, "Ezra, please come back, we need you, we already lost Kanan, we almost lost Zeb, so please... Come back..." Ezra who was shocked at the fact that Kanan was dead, slowly, while stuttering, responded, " K-Kanan is dead? I... I-I need to think about this. Since i have basically turned off the force i didn't feel it, It's probably that." Sabine hugged Ezra to console him, she then said "Ezra, please come back... I miss you..." Ezra then responded, "Fine, but after the war, i will leave and come back here.". They then got into their star fighters and took off. Once they left the atmosphere, they went into hyperspace, towards Yavin 4.

I have made it shorter this time, but i will need some time to think, on how i am going to continue this, or if i'm going to intertwine this with another story of mine.
